yes and sometimes just once a day.

I haven't tried that although I have highly considered it as it isn't unheard of internally during luteal phase.

That would be a good experiment.

Hi Ladies,

I have one question pls help,

If we use PC cream on Luteal phase, can we continue to use PM a long with PC? or we have to skip PM in luteal phase and only use PC?
