Alright, so I've finally decided to keep track of this as I officially started yesterday.

Weight: 93-98lbs
Top: 27
Bust: 27.3
Under: 25.5
Bra: 32aa
Not a smoker, drinker, or coffee drinker. Here's my routine so far. I'm starting off slowly just so I know my body is ready for it. I welcome any tips, offers of encouragement, and advice!
My Routine:
30 Pushups (2x day)
Chi massage with Cocoa Butter + E (and vitamin) (2x)
Tiger Lily's massage (2x)
Fenugreek 610mg (2x)
Saw Palmetto 160mg (2x)
Wild Yam 220mg (1x)
Fennel Seed 480mg (2x)
Borage oil 500mg (2x)
Is it okay for breasts to be sore after the massages? Or am I doing it too hard?
And of course trying to eat more of the boobie foods to try it out. I'm not sure if this is too much or to little or not the right stuff, so I'm open to change.
I'm trying to get to a full Bcup. I think that would make myself confident enough. (:
