So i really want these AA to grow...Really BADLY hahah :p

So im planing on starting NBE but i have a couple of questions if you guys could PLEASE answer!

So im on Birth Control. But im still looking for the right birth control, so im testing different kinds right now. I am wondering; Can i take Herbs while on Birth Control?

& well i've done my research; & i;ve learned that fenugreek shouldn't be taken with any other herbs before or after two hours? Is it true???

& Here is my last question. Can i take multiple herbs at the same time???
If so how many times a day? & if not, do i take different once at different times?

AHH im so confused!!!

BUT Here is the routine IM planning to take. Please tell me if theres anything i should add, take out, if it's too much, or if you have one that ACTUALLY works!!

-*Fenugreek
-*Saw Palmetto
-*Wild Yam
-*Fennel
-*MSM
-*Wild Yam Cream Or Breast Actives Cream
-*Vitamin C (Not really part of NBE, but i take it)
-*B12 (Again, not for NBE purposes.)
-8Vitamin E (Same Reason)

Can i take multiple herbs at the same time???

The answer to that must be yes, because virtually all herbal products, remedies, prescriptions etc use multiple herbs. If you couldn't take multiple herbs at the same time there would be no herbal formulations.

for massage and boobie foods you could start at any age, herbs should be started at no earlier than 19, 18 your body is still changing, even your early twenties you are still changing and growing, but 19 -20 is the safest time to start herbs.

some grow even if they are younger with herbs but it can mess up your hormones and your chemical makeup for your later years if you do it too soon.

before you start any program do as much research as you can, and remember sometimes less is more.
