What should I add next?

#1

After months of researching, I started NBE 11 days ago. I'm currently taking 3, 500 mg Fenugreeks & 3, SP daily. Also taking a multivitamin and doing massage with EVOO, Borage Oil, & Wild Yam extract daily. Although I have no measureable increase... I'm getting "fluffier" and heavier for sure though! Smile)) YAY!

I'm going out to pick up Wild Yam caplets and wondering what else I should add. Because of my age, I'm thinking I'm a good candidate for GABA. Even though I've been researching NBE for a LONG time now, I'm still confused as to what I should add to the FG, SP, and WY. Any suggestions?

Here are my stats:
37 yo
3 children, all breastfed for 1 year (youngest is 6)
(was a large C or D while nursing)
Current size is 36B, but I've never filled a B, 38A is more like it
155 lbs, 5'7
Taking 1500 mg of FG and SP currently and about to add Wild Yam (will ramp up slowly)
The only "medical" thing to consider is that I have reactive hypoglycemia

Looking forward to your suggestions!

Hi project C ad welcome.

I would mention, that I have read where fenugreek has been reported to lower blood glucose levels. So I would keep an eye on that. As is the case with some folks. You may not have that reaction. Cinnamon is reported to be a blood glucose leveler. GABA is good to take. One of our male members in the old archive site swore by it. Adding eighter gellatin or collegen wouldn't hurt eigther. Gellatin is a building block of collagen and cheaper to buy than collagen. Fish oil would not be a bad addition as well for the Omega 3 acids. Your multi-vitamin probably covers you vitamin b requirements. Though I take the liquid b-complex as well. Since I am diabetic I also take b100. If I remember correctly Vitamin B is a water soluable vitamin and passes through the bodies system. So I think you would have to take alot to have a negative reaction.

I would consider adding a phty-estrogen to your massage oils. Sincec you are using fenugreek. I would add that. Placing phyto-estrogens onto the skin for the purpose of NBE. Allows you to more directly target the tissue receptors in the breast. These you want to activate without overloading them. Thus the theory behind the ramp up method. There are several places here and in the archived site where we have recipes for adding fenugreek. If you have questions please ask. You would want to add a essential oil to your oil mix to help with penetration of the skin tissue. I will list you a link at the bottom of the page to help with this info. I have used fennel in conjunction with fenugreek as well.

The next suggestion I would make is to add heat to your after massage program. Heat helps with blood (circulation) flow. If you have added a phyto-estrogen to your oil. Adding heat should help diffuse the material through the breast tissue.

This page is by fennel fairy on skin structure and adsorbtion of chemicals for NBE. A breast batter mix..etc... Here is the link.

Here is a link by wahaika. It has a theory of the bodies endocrine response to NBE, herbs to take, a schedule to take them on, a recipe for batter mix.

Thanks SO much for your advice Andy!

Yes, I was very afraid to take the FG due to it lowering blood sugar but, no reaction so far. I've just recently read the benefits of Cinn. and so I'm considering adding that at some point.

Just picked up the FlaxSeed Oil/Fish Oil/Borage Oil and plan to add that one in.

I am also planning on adding fennel or fenugreek extract to the massage... just searching for the best deal LOL I do apply heat after massage for 20 minutes.

Not sure which massage "program" I'm using. I go between doing 360 rotations on each side and Tigerlily's suggestions, depending on my mood.

I think I'm going to add the GABA, I finally found an amount to take (750 mg at night) so I know I won't OD on it.

Thanks for posting the links onto my post. Although I've read through both of those 100's of times... they'll be helpful for others reading this thread!

Thanks Again Smile

Sorry to chime in... what is the effect of the lowered blood sugar levels? I was thinking of taking fenugreek in addition to noogling but I don´t know if it´s advisable in my case.
I´m very thin btw and constantly trying not to loose weight, not sure if that has anything to do with it.
thanks!

According to material I have come across. Fenugreek has reportedly (in some people) lowered their blood glucose levels. My levels have come up since I took my break and stopped taking FG. but, I have not bee checking my blood levels like I am supposed to. Also, I have started eating foods that I shouldn't. Not in high amounts, but still. I will start monitoring again. Then start taking my FG again and see if there is a diffrence. I just warn people so they can watch for lowered levels just in case.

Projectc. You probbly already know this. Just wanted to mention it in case you haven't heard it. Be sure to exfoliate on a regular basis. You want to keep those pores open. Especially when you add fenugreen to your oil.

Thanks for the tip Andy! I actually have a great body scrub that contains Vitamin C, Hemp Seed Oil, and Oxygen in it. That should work great!

Question about the batter: Can I break open the Fenugreek Pills I have (Now brand Fenugreek, 500mg capsules) and add that?

According to what I have read. You should be able to take the fenugreek capsules. Empty it into something like a coffee filter, tea bag, or other poreous material that will hold together when wet. Then soak it for about a week in the oil.

here is a link to a page that uses this method to make a batter mix.

One of the things holding me up on restarting my program. Is the fact that i can only buy fenugreek from GNC to buy locally. I am puting together the funds to buy large quantities online. I will be buying the seed form. Looks to me like there are more uses for the seed or capsule. Teas, steaping etc...

Good luck and Good Journey
