New here - advice/input welcome!
#1

My current situation is that I am a perimenopausal (I'm assuming) 49F (cis), size 42D or 42DD depending on the bra, although if I use the brathatfits measurements, it puts me at like a G, which I've tried on and they're huge, so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong there. But I feel like it's because of the shape of my breasts, which are definitely heavier in the lower pole and I am missing a lot of volume up top (for reference I can't wear a full cup bra in my size, I have to wear a Demi or a balconette).

Measurements are: 49.5" around fullest part of the breast, right at the nipple line. Underbust is 42". I am also currently about 90 pounds overweight, but I've lost about 30 pounds so far from my highest. So I'm 1) concerned about losing volume as I lose weight and 2) not happy with how much of my breast tissue/fat is on the sides vs. in front, if that makes sense. When I was younger and not overweight, my breast size was 36C.

So right now I'm not happy with the shape and volume distribution, I'd like to maintain as much as possible as I continue to lose weight, but I also would just like to be bigger in general and have more volume, roundness, fullness, all the things we all want here!
I've read the start here post and have already implemented a few things, but I also have to be careful with some supplements because I'm at higher risk of breast cancer due to my mom's estrogen-positive bc and my grandmother having ovarian cancer. So my doctor said I can never go on estrogen. I did ask her about "things like maca" and she said those are totally fine, they don't affect it or raise it enough. But I didn't ask her specifically about PM, etc. I think she basically was like supplements won't raise it high enough to be a problem like supplemental estrogen would.

Current meds/supplements (some just for general health but I'm including them all below):
Spironolactone 100mg
Vitamin D 2000 IU
Fenugreek 1000mg (split into am and pm doses) - from Nootropics Depot
Red maca gelatinized powder from The Maca Team - 3-6g depending on the day
Pumpkin seed oil with saw palmetto oil (3,000mg of pumpkin seed oil with 75mg saw palmetto)
Nature's Way Multi for her + Omega 3
Nature's Bounty Hair/Skin/Nails Biotin

Collagen peptides from 1 UP Nutrition

I have a Mirena IUD so I don’t have a cycle

I started doing a massage technique that I found on here once a day, and I follow that up with 5-7 minutes of Chi massage. I am going to be buying some flaxseed oil to do the massage and let that absorb.

I purchased the Doctor's Best MSM and will be incorporating that. I also bought the Fenutrax 50% potency fenugreek so I'll start using that when the ND fenugreek runs out.

I am waiting on voluifiline which I will use with the massages.

I also am planning on buying lactation tea, as I read someone had success with that.

I'm not ready to buy a pump right now as I'm a little scared of causing bruising and stuff and my husband already thinks I'm crazy because he loves my breasts as they are.

I do 5 days of weight lifting and 2 days of pilates for exercise.

I will say that yesterday I took 1000mg of fenugreek when I was just taking 500mg before 3x/week and I also did 6g of red maca and I woke up this morning and my breasts are quite sore. Is that a good sign?

Any input or advice is definitely welcome!
