Long term use of herbal supplements
#1

I'm very interested in following a herbal breast enhancement program, but I wondered how wise it is to use these kind of herbal supplements in the long term. If we keep taking high doses of herbs for a significant length of time, is those going to lead to any consequences with hormonal balance?

That’s a really thoughtful question to ask. Since many herbal supplements can affect hormones, it’s definitely wise to be cautious—especially with long-term or high-dose use. Everyone’s body responds differently, so checking in with a qualified healthcare professional before starting (and while continuing) any program is the safest way to avoid unintended side effects.

What do you regard as long term or a significant length of time? Many people in this forum have been on herbs for a year or two and I haven't seen any reports of that being an issue. If you mean many years, we don't have many people here who have taken herbs in high doses for that length of time, as it really shouldn't be necessary.

If you take fenugreek pills for a long time like 2 years, you will blow up like a blimp. Fenugreek will add fat to your whole body, it has no innate ability to target your breasts. If you do use fenugreek, use an oil, mixed with a light oil like almond oil and massage it into your breasts. This will keep the effects local.

I have been taking all sorts of herbs, supps and even glandulars on and off for over 6 years now, purely because I have boob greed even though Ive grown many cups since I first ever started. Absolutely no side effects albeit I have taken small breaks here and there(1 or 2 months) and I have taken high doses too. So no there's nothing to worry about, also please ignore James' comment about fenugreek there are many who have taken it internally for years with mostly breast gains and no severe overall weight gain, the only problem with fenugreek internally is it has a tendency to not only increase estrogen/prolactin but also testosterone which we really don't want, hence I use it in my oil infusion and have for years.
