Post Op Breast Augmentation. Issue with Drop and Fluff. Please Read and View Images.
#1

Hello. I had breast augmentation from a highly rated surgeon in early June 2025. This past Friday I hit the 120-day mark. The right breast has healed and looks amazing. The left breast has had issues with healing, bruising, and not dropping. 750cc silicone gel, under the muscle, through the nipple. Previously a 34A/B bra size, now 34DDD.
I was definitely sore post-surgery. I had complaints of the left side since day 1. I could see and feel the implant pushing up all the way to my shoulder.
The bruising was twice that of the right breast. The bruises would somewhat heal, then would return with more pain. Currently no bruising.
Healing of the incision: The right incision around the nipple has healed within expectations, no issues or complaints. The left has an indentation at the incision, almost like the stitched portion is raised up. Please review images.
On July 22nd, the doctor prescribed Singulair and Vitamin E. Daily massages. Said it was capsular contracture.
I have massaged and what I believe I feel is the muscle constricted, almost like a knot in your back. At the same time, it feels as if it is attached to the nipple incision. So from the inside of the breast at and under the nipple (incision), the tightness wraps around and under the breast towards the armpit. I can see an indentation in this area. Please review images. Massaging these areas causes immense pain.
What I believe I feel, or my best description, is the muscle on top of the implant, under the nipple. I feel somewhat of knots or tight muscles, a smaller group of muscles that extend under the breast to the armpit. I can feel the tightness. Not to repeat myself, just want to give a detailed description of that area. When massaged, it looks as if the muscle is attached to the nipple incision and it moves together when being massaged. Please review images. Everything is tied together for sure. There has been very little movement or drop from massaging.
I have pain from this that wakes me from my sleep. Definitely cannot use my left arm at full lifting power.
I am posting this in hopes of a few professional opinions and advice for correction or management.  There is such a difference form each side.  I am wanting to also know why the incision seems to be physically attached to the others issues.
