Hello, I am 3 months in on growth and I have adjusted my routine a bit to look like this:
AM/Noon – Glow-Up Smoothie Stack
Red Reishi - 1,000 mg
Saw Palmetto - 500 mg (I am trying to keep this in instead of just using Red Reishi since I already bought a lot of it)
Green Tea Extract - 1,000+ mg (Haven't made a final determination on where to have this dosed)
Pueraria Mirifica - 250 mg
Bovine Ovary - 250 mg
White Peony Root - 1,000 mg
Fenugreek - 3,000 mg
Maca Root - 10 g
Collagen - 20 g
MSM - 3,000 mg
Vitamin C - 1,000 mg
Creatine - 5 g
? Evening – Capsule Stack
Pueraria Mirifica - 250 mg
Bovine Ovary - 250 mg
Dandelion Root - 500 mg
White Peony Root - 1,000 mg
Fish Oil (EPA/DHA) - 1 pill
Vitamin D3 - 5,000 IU
Multivitamin - As directed (Thorne multivitamin, 2 capsules)
Damiana - 750 mg
I am also on Testosterone for libido and Gym success (14mg per week, split into 2mg per day), as well as daily GHRP-6 peptide to increase growth hormone and IGF-1 (This is mainly here for gym success and recovery though)
In addition to this I also do:
Adifyline cream Morning and Night
Voluplus + Volufiline at night
Progesterone cream day 14 and onwards of my cycle
High fat, high protein eating in a calorie surplus
I understand ideal cycling for GHRP-6 (8 weeks, 12 max on - 4 weeks off)
My theory/idea is that I can cultivate a bit of the best of both worlds with TRT helping me in the gym and sexually, and estrogen helping the growth. By blocking much of the DHT, I am hoping that I can still be above my baseline in these testosterone benefits while still allowing NBE via the phytoestrogens, aromitization (Hoping the trt actually helps a lot with this part). I have had mild success so far without measuring, just visually on fenugreek, maca, collagen, msm, my creams, a bit of SP and gaining weight - Hopefully the increase in DHT blocking herbs improves this success.
So first question is about this strategy in general and whether or not it makes sense.
The next question is about cycling. I cant find a straight answer on best practices with cycling. I would like to have a full stack and a lesser off-cycle stack (maintenance stack i suppose) to make it easier to 'meal-prep' these for different times. I am torn on which herbs and supplements need to be taken out for the off-cycle stack and on what the cycles should look like. I have seen the following options for that:
3 months on, 3 weeks off - This one seems to make sense but it feels like i would lose progress with such a long break - not to mention the long hormonal swing.
5 days on, 2 days off - This one feels less useful for resensitizing receptors, but would be really easy to track. This would also really help mentally, knowing that the routine is nearly constantly on.
Following my cycle and using the off-cycle stack during luteal (and maybe during my period?) - This one also makes sense, but it feels a bit more finicky and I wouldn't know where to start on picking which herbs to use where.
I would greatly appreciate any assistance here on these questions. Other threads included a lot of scientific articles and discussion on theorized ideal cycling and reasons for it, but it was really hard to apply it well for me so some more specific advice would be helpful. Thank you!
