very late periods, help!!!!!!

#1

hey guys,
So I started not long ago my nbe herbal supplements.
When I started, I was in my follicular phase and took PM along side other supplements.
Then I estimated the time of my ovulation to start taking my luteal phase supplements.
But I haven't had my periods for a while and I'm more than 10 days late!! and it kinda worries me.
I just need to know if my supplement program is good, if I need to track my cycle in another way or if I need to stop the supplements when I know it's almost the time of my periods so the progesterone and oestrogen drop. I feel like this is not normal/healthy.
Please help me with what I should do!!!

Here's my program:

follicular:
-saw palmetto 320mg
-pueraria mirifica 1000mg
-shatavari 1000-2000mg
-vitex 500mg
-fenugreek 600-1800mg
-mucuna pruriens 500mg

luteal phase:
-shatavari 1000-2000mg
-vitex 500mg
-saw palmetto 320mg
-fenugreek 1200-2400mg
-mucuna puriens 500mg
-menopausal pill (400mg red clover extract, 170 mg black cohosh, DIM 100mg, raspberry extract 50mg, wild yam 25mg)
-black cohosh 80mg

menstrual:
pueraria mirifica (start day 3 with 500mg up to 1000mg at the last day)
-shatavari 1000-2000mg
-vitex 500mg
-saw palmetto 320mg
-fenugreek 600-1200mg
-mucuna puriens 500mg

I take some other ones like MSM and vitamin c and aloe vera when I can, I forget them sometimes.

Guys please tell me if what I'm doing is right.
I haven't really seen results but it's normal it takes time.

I also wonder if I should be taking anything during my periods like the other days.
Also, is it true that these herbal supplements are just a plus and that the daily massages matter way more, because I'm not doing them.

please let me know, I'm in distress, I don't want to stop and slow my progression but I want my periods back!!

maybe @surferjoe2007 could help.

thank youu

I think the issue here is you are on far FAR too much for a program, like that's bucket loads of herbs which will/can overload your system and even receptors leaving you with stalling rather than growth, that much phytoestrogens is bound to stall your period for sure, the Mucuna being a known testosterone booster definitely could also stall your period as many trans men on testosterone therapy actually lose their period. Maybe you should cut back and simplify your program some and if you continue taking Mucuna take an Aromatase booster with it to convert that testosterone boost into estrogen. Your body would definitely be in shock taking that much at those high doses. Just a thought  Heart

Hiiii-  thank  you  so much for replying
I think you're right, when I see it now, it is too much.
I would for sure stop the Mucuna. thank you so much.
I would try to do more research and keep only the essential to simplify it. Thank youu, much appreciated.

Nws lovely glad I could help  Big Grin Heart
For me I only take 4 herbs a day, but with other supplements like fish oil, MSM, PABA etc these support the herbs doing their job by assisting NBE (good fats, growth hormone which MSM does, and helping my body retain estrogen which PABA does) you can cut back on the herbs alil and add some pro NBE supplements for support if you want. It brings me back to when I did one of my other programs, I was taking waaaay too many herbs at once (but I don't have a period for that to happen), now I keep it more simple and have had progress still.
