Hi,
I usually take P cream in my luteal phase,
That is “now solution natural progesterone balancing skin cream “.

But, when I applied this cream, there is no effect on me except the first month.

In the second month, P cream seems not to be effective for nbe.

And, now, I don’t know why!
P cream is ineffective.

Is it okay if I change it to another brand cream?

How about “dr.lena p cream”?

It doesn’t contain phytoestrogens, I heard.

Please recommend!!!

The Now Solutions product is a popular choice for progesterone cream. It's OK if you want to change to another brand, but really they are all similar so I'm not sure that it would make much difference to you. Still you won't lose anything by trying a different brand.

It's worth pointing out that no matter the brand unless it strictly says "wild yam converted in lab to progesterone" or progesterone USP grade it isn't going to do much, many creams simply say wild yam in the ingredients but the precursor diosgenin in wild yam can only be converted to certain hormones in a lab not by the body.
