I can't believe nobody has answered this. Several have tried with success, they have claimed that it helps mostly by being able to control where growth occurs. Assuming you want to have your nipples facing forward, if they are currently down, then concentrate cupping on lower part below nipples. This will increase your under-boob lifting your nipples.
