Stretch marks will fade, i have quite a lot on my boobs as when i was a teenager i shot up from flat to a D in a month or so.
Bio-oil hass been said to reduce the apperance of stretch marks and if you massage your breasts with something like that as they grow it may help with skin elasticity. Keep well hydrated, it might just be because of the speed you grew.

Moisturize often. Keep the skin supple. I would suggest finding a quality natural lotion without a bunch of garbage ingredients, I really like dessert essence lotions but I'm sure there are many out there.
Put it on at the least, in the morning and before bed, and also after every shower/bath.

If the ones you got don't go away, you could look into a derma roller

I would suggest try using msm lotion or msm creams. Also, try supplementing with MSM. I take 1 tsp a day. MSM is said to help boost collagen in the skin and also to increase skin suppleness. I've been taking MSM for about a year now, maybe even longer, and within the first 3 months I started to notice a decrease in my stretchmarks. After about 6 months I would say that they were for the most part gone to the point of noticeability. But then I stopped taking MSM for about 6 months, and my weight shot through the roof, and now I have more stretchmarks to contend with as I'm trying to lose weight. I've just started back taking it, and already I have noticed an improvement in my new stretchmarks. I also use msm aloe gel, msm lotion, and raw shea butter on it twice a day, and I massage it in well.

Hope this helps!!

Yes you can also get rid of stubborn red stretch marks. Some stretch marks can be so stubborn to get rid of if not treated with correct treatment. I have been through the same and I used Dermelastic serum to to remove stretch marks which were just impossible to vanish. It worked for me and I am sure it can work for you too.

Tretinoin cream has been known to work well, so look for products that have that as an ingredient. You can try hydrating your skin with shea and/or coconut butter on a daily basis – it may help make marks fade. Aloe vera can also work. Foods such as lemon juice, egg whites, potato juice, olive oil, and sugar have also been known to reduce the appearance of stretch marks when rubbed on the affected area on a regular basis.
