I take a large suplimented of Niacin daily to lower cholesterol .... along with Red Yeast Rice and they work for that.... never heard it helped my breasts grow....

Hmm well it does open the blood vessels, but it is specifically only the kind that will give you the "flush" of the open blood vessels - Nicotinic Acid - any other name won't give you the flush...

It's uncomfortable though... I took one 500 mg cap and 40 minutes later my skin felt like it was on FIRE. Especially when it came in contact with another person's or my own skin. It seriously burned, so just be warned.
