i made this thread for the open discussion for all members here .

i'm seeing girls here already had great growth and they are all great Unbeatable girls , but they are still wanna more or maintenance ,

so what do you think girls, are we gonna stick to this NBE for the rest of our life ?

Actually, I've been thinking about that lately myself. A lot of the techniques discussed here seems to focus on getting more fat into the breast, but I feel like that fat would just leave once you stop NBE. I suppose for permanent growth, you'd need gland tissue and other nonfat tissues, but what is it that makes that develop?

To some degree lora yes, will work on overall breast and hormonal health now ie lymphatic massage and at least for me a slower safer programme, will give doing NBE credit for that!
