Hi! I'm new to nbe! I've only been doing it for 3 weeks now and decided it was time to post. Some background...

I started nbe because I'm very bottom heavy and wanted to balance out my proportions. I come from a family of girls where no one is smaller than a DD but me. Go figure lol. I started with just fenugreek and epo for a week. When that didn't work, I started drinking fennel tea and doing epo massages. I saw a little swelling but not much difference. So week 3 I added msm and did a dry exfoliation before the epo massage to help ot sink in better. By the end of the 3rd week my 32c bras were all too tight! This is the start of my 4th week and I'm really excited. I hope it keeps it!
here's the rest of the my supplements I take for general health:
fish oil
calcium chews
64g protein a day
1-1.5 tsp gelatinized maca
fruit and veggie supplement
mononessa bc
I'm interested in p.m. Cream as well... Does anyone know if this would work with BC and my regiment?
