Thanks for the links. It looks like Belara or Valette would be a good option for me. Diane 35 seems to be too strong and risky. I am on yasmin at the moment (not sure if it the same as Yaz?) which is supposed to be good for skin and I suppose it is ok but not perfect.

Wahaika is a herbalist, I think, and he gives another idea on how to make a cream from PM powder so perhaps this is something you could do with your remaining capsules. He says to take saw palmetto with PM for acne so I have gone ahead and ordered another pack of this as my skin was so perfect once on sp!
As regards the PC. I have just received it and applied it for the first time directly on my breasts (the instructions on the pack say one of the areas to apply is the chest) because of the following article

I am doing exactly what it says, i.e. applying during the last 14 days including menses. I usually apply the PM cream three times a day. From today (which is the first day of my 2nd half of the cycle) I will be applying the PM cream twice a day and PC once a day for the next two weeks. I will be also adding L-Argnine for the growth hormone.
