lol just read the recet post of yours on the temperature issue on your thread, it made things so much more clearer. infact i didnt even glance at my thread n just jumped on to your thread hehe its just SO informative! i feel like all the info i need is there on your thread

i dont have anything to update. am noogling and taking reduced amount of herbs, and no aches or changes

yeah i know, so many of us just start NBE without any guidance or knowledge or encouragement, mostly hiding it from family as well because they dont understand, but this forum changes all that

I couldnt take my temperature today, had to really rush in the morning, plus not having a measuring tape is bugging me a lot so am gonna go get one tomorrow.

So i went ahead and bought a new measuring tape finally, i know the old one is somewhere in the house but honestly i had been searching for it for days, and i just gave up. measured myself and i was at 32.2 slightly disappointed because its not really much in terms on swelling especially since i know am gonna lose w/e little bit i do have when my periods come.

Didnt forget to take my temperature this time, and it was at 98.0 its not too low, so with the help of the supplements i got, everything should go well.... hopefully! *fingers crossed*

so i took my temparature on the last two days and they were 98.1 and 98.3, I am kinda sick right now though, i have a cold and night before last i had some fever too, my temperature was a 100, with the fever, so not sure if that is affecting my temperature in any way....

my measurement was 31.9 yesterday and 32.3 today, i can just hope that i swell some more and maintain some of it after my periods, no breast sensations.

Got some really deep aches in my boobs yesterday, i found them really weird though because until now all i ever got was itching and soreness as signs of growth, this is the first time i got the "pains" hopefully i will see a good change this cycle. measurement today was at 32" which sucked, cuz i seem to be losing watever little i gained. AF should arrive in a couple of days, and 14th of this month marks 2 months with NB, havent seen any change from that either, i know some people are slow responders, but this is rather slow.

annoyingly for the past 2 days my temperature has been coming up as 97.9 in the mornings, grrr. hope my BO and supplements arrive soon.

I too am at second month and not really seeing a diff just yet. So I'm hoping it'll be here soon. I know the anxious feeling of "am I going to grow yet!?!" lol

yea periwinkle, tell me about it! i mean, its not like we are JUST noogling, we supplement it with herbs or BO as well, you would think that would get us faster results.... but no. and then we see so may people getting fab results in a month, ans we r like wow how do they do it? and i tried everything from applying heat, to moisturizing well, to drinking tons of water n wearing a tight bra. i just hope i get atleast some results in a month more atleast. all i get is temporary swelling for an hour. hopefully i will get better results with BO.... ad so the wait continues....

i checked my temperature this morning and annoyingly this is the third day in a row that i got 97.9, i dont know why its stuck there

noticed tons of green veins popping out in my arms, so maybe am thinking i shld go easy on the noogling, its such a dilemma, if i noogle lightly i just cannot get or maintain suction and if i noogle even slightly harder i get purpleness or veins popping out

WHEEEEEEEEEEEE! my BO is HERE! omg i cant believe it, its just been a week since i ordered it, and i was thinking it will take atleast 3 weeks for me to get it. I dont know what am gonna do and where am gonna start yet, have to do my research on a proper routine now

ok.... so i just noticed that i ordered 4 bottles of ovarian glandular which should have been enough for 2 months, however they set me one bottle less, so i just emailed them to ask whats up with that...
