So your still abit in the dark then aren’t you Jen?

What you’ve mentioned re blood flow has resonated with me big time. Are you’re iron levels normal?
Mine are super low. I just found this re improving circulation.
Il send it to my self too and will dig out the Hawthorne berry after reading Mindys comment. Goodness what a miracle you are Mindy to survive that too. I’ve known a few people of latter years who were fit and seemingly healthy dropping dead of heart attacks you are so lucky.
Il get my iron and C reactive protein checked now after reading all this. Chronic inflammation can be insidious and you might not even know case in point myself.

(Jen I know you are super healthy and do all the above but IM invested in your thread so this link is for me  Blush)

SO I WONDER IFFFFFF there’s certain professions that do things that keep them in a fixed position for extended periods of time that give them long term damage ? In the way of nerve or muscle or chronic pain?.... I’m thinking along the lines of your noogling positions as I know u committed a lot of times and years towards this.

Why calcification though? - ah I’ve just found calcification can among other things be caused by circulatory issues and chronic inflammation. Too much calcium in your diet Jen? Or simply back to the blood flow thing .

I truly believe there has been severe damage to my blood vessels. I don't think this is a nerve thing. It is causing a pooling of my blood which is welcoming in bacterial overgrowth and all types of potential disease. It also is not allowing my blood to move which is causing the numbness on the left side

I just need to get the correct tests done. There is slight progress in knowing things are wrong. Oh yeah, I also tested positive for ANA, which is anti-nuclear antibodies. That means that there is inflammation somewhere in my body and my immune system is beginning to attack itself.

There had been early warnings from nearly the beginning. I always used to feel temporary numbness while noogling but it would quickly bounce back. I had no clue how much damage can/is being done to us while doing this.

And my method has always been to noogle for like 10-20 seconds, release, massage then repeat. I was not holding it for long periods of time.

So, you did a lot of pumping with your hand. Did you always use the same hand? Did you pump very hard? Was is mostly on one breast?

What other way is there to pump besides with our hand?

I would say I was most likely using the same hand.  I pumped my left breast 95% of the time and all issues on my body are on the left side.  I probably pumped harder than you should I would say.
Just trying to establish conditions so other people can avoid doing the same thing. Do you pump with your right hand or left? I have heard of people having problems with the same side as they used to pump with.

I really don’t remember but I am right-handed so I am thinking I most likely pumped with my right hand
Let me know if you want the name of a really good autoimmune book. It covers the diet , supplements, genes etc. it’s thick as a brick and has so much information.
Might come down to a tailored diet for you based on your gene sequence etc to take some of the load off. Maybe look at 23andme gene test to see if anything your taking etc might not be suitable for you. Doesn’t address the vessel damage. I learned for example a some foods we’ve been taught are good fir us are actual immune stimulants in a bad way.

I actually got a hair mineral test done that's going to find out a ton of what's wrong with me and they help with a tailored diet.  Waiting on the results. That still doesn't brush off the circulatory issues though.  But it will help some.
Just wanted to say before I got my bosom beauty 2012 Iwas using the large size kangzu cups with airloc. I stoped using the hand pump and just sucked the air out with my mouth. If you have never tried sucking the air out it is amazingly efficient so much faster and I always got amazing suction. Also it’s nice cause you can really tell exactly the pressure you are going to. This will save your hand from the pumping action. And maybe save you from having to go through what Jenn is going though.

So what i am learning from my doctor and acupuncturist is that the muscle spasm can cause the numbness on my left side.  Also, my swollen lymph nodes may very well be an infection but that is because my immune system is being compromised because of poor blood flow.  A normal body has normal blood flow which allows regular cleansing of the blood.

Could this be noogle-related?  Quite possibly considering the numbness which would happen when I would noogle.   I threw my noogleberry away and am now learning proper stretches and stuff to heal. I also need to get regular treatments if I really want to heal myself.  Be careful noogling guys!  I no longer recommend it after what has happened to me.

Jenniferlove I'm very sorry to read about your health problems now . I have followed your threads for lets just say some time ( I don't like talking about years they sound old ) as I've posted in the past . That being said I want to tell you a little sorry about myself in my 30's I started telling my doctor about my hands & arms going to sleep & legs at time  as was told maybe nerve damage not much could be done about it . 3 to 4 years later I had a massive heart attack on the right side of my heart ( witch they say is uncommon ) that to this day they are trying to figure out how I lived . God only knows . So what I'm trying to say to you is don't go on just what one doctor says & please look in to have a stress test or heart cath done .
Wow! So what do you think was going on? I still think this might have to do with blood vessel damage and improper bloodflow creating easy bacterial infections and growth of disease.  What was your diet like leading up to the heart attack? I am trying to eat super clean and still having problems although some days are definitely much worse than others.  Did you have any physical therapy or work done to help with the numbness?  How are you now? Did they find out what was wrong?  I have dealt with about six or seven doctors by the way.

I hadn't been watching my diet before so you know . After they treated my heart attack with stints & some meds I don't have any problems with numbness anymore . They said it was blood clots that were sticking to platelets until they broke free , the reason for the numbness until one got stuck one day going to my lungs . IE heart attack . I'm on blood thinners now & no numbness . I was just trying to tell you to get it checked can't hurt & better to know even if that's not it .
