ahaha! Your swelling is great and you have really grown! I think once I'm done with my cleanse and regulate my period I'll try BO! Where do you get your BO from?? I know what you mean… I live with my parents too which makes it really hard to noogle but I still try to get an hour every day. Do you do the 7-2 method?

Thanks skyeeeee! I get my BO from swansonvitamins,com, are you going to get pituitary and collagen also? Collagen is great for noogling. And nope I just pump and hold one at a time for an hour each haha. Usually I do one homework assignment during each time xD

hahaha thats what I do when I noogle too.. I usually hold for 30-45 minutes.. the 7-2 method is too much effort xP
I've no idea what I'm going to do with the BO but when I start I'll definitely pick your brain for some tips
I'm currently on some chinese medicine to regulate my hormones so I doubt I'll be able to start on any herbs soon :S

Hey girls, it's a January 2016 update! I'm so glad I kept my starting picture. Gives me so much motivation im still on my BO program, going to take a month break in February. Then start again in March not sure if it helps, but I have gotten a few tingling pains in each boob, so that's good. I also noogle every other day. But look at the difference! Haha I'm happy, just need to keep going. Happy growing!
