Hey, Lotus
Quick but actually good question for you: when should cis-females take phytoestrogens? I'm asking this since Chiyomilk took them during follicular phase while MissMadScientist suggested to take em only during luteal phase; and then I see it's pretty common here to use them every day of the cycle.
So, what do you think about it? What would be the best approach?

That's a great question sweets, I'll post some ideas tomorrow. Have a great night.
Thank you L!
I think it's essential to know this for everyone on this forum " alt="" title="">
Hello, Lotus!
My cycle depends on the month, sometimes is 30 and sometimes 28. The last two months have been 28, but I recall february/march/april have been 30.
Noppe, I haven't tried the KT. Is it effective??!
PS: I just take Zinc daily (15mg currently) and DIM day 6 to 12 once a day.
Hey L,
A dumbo-question: forskolin inhibits somatostatin, right? but it is also an aromatase?
I still thinking how to approach the hormone road in my case. I am working in adding up the zinc until I reach 30mg. Then I guess I will upgrade it to 50-70mg for a short period of time, 2 months or so (it can deplete copper) . As you said, I read that at these levels it starts to inhibit quite a lot the DHT.
Now my concerns are, two:
1.- what will happen when I reach 50-70mg? I mean if I block DHT but there's not any aromatase I won't see a growth spurt in my breasts I guess unless I take White Peony or another aromatase.
2.- And this brings up my second issue: I guess if I put down DHT my muscle building will stop and I'll maintain all I've gained - but what will happen if I add an aromatase?
Also, as far as I seen others and in my case: this does not happen overnight, meaning we may need more than 90 days to see improvement/results. So, this shall be taken with love and patience " alt="" title=""> !
