Considering its non-steroidal, yeah why not. I'd start slow.....monitor the affects daily. NBE can be a struggle from some, digestion, IBS, acne, menstrual issues, mood swings, insomnia, rashes etc. Be Safe.

Make sure you try to get standardized supplements and from a reputable herbal/supplement manufacturer, cheaper isn't always better.

Thank you. Do you have any maca brand recommeded? Can I take Milk Thistle MSM and maca together? Also, how many dosage should I take each day?

MSM and maca are adaptogens (meaning they'll help normalize you), so they'll be ok with milk thistle (good choice there).

If I had to choose it would be something like this, I tried maca and it wasn't for me. Others might suggest a brand:

http://www.amazon.com/Puritans-Pride-Sta...dized+maca

It's up to you. Don't forget about diet-exercise-massage, it really does make a difference.

I'd start out with 1 daily, give a week to adjust (monitoring reactions if any) then add the second in the same manner and so on. There's no reason to rush things along, growth takes years.

(The Herb Interactions comes from the FAQ-Herb interaction which Peggy created, thanks again Peggy)
Hey Lotus great thread with brilliant input off PeggySmile Learned some things again but also some questions starting to rise up..

#1 What is DHEA?(Peggy wrote about it on page 2 if i remember right)
#2 Why does Dong Quai give major interactions? And combined with what does it give interactions, or do you mean it causes major interactions on it self? I just bought it because I see it as an ingredient on lots off breast-grow- 'cocktail' supplements. And read some good things bout it.

Thank you in advance!
