So the back pain has subsided and it appears that it wasn't the PM causing it and just a bad back. Here is an updated pic of my breasts showing my progress so far. I am now 33 inches over the bust so an increase of 0.5 inches which is great. I'm honestly over the moon that I have now grown an inch. My goal is 34 which seems very achievable now :-). Side pic to follow.

I just can't wait till my pump for the kangzhu cups arrive so I can get into that! I'm sure that will help the process along too. I've decided to purchase adhesive nipple covers as well as I want to prevent my nipples from getting much bigger so hopefully they stay put while I'm pumping.

I hope the nipple covers stay put! I've read that they can pop off. Some people use band-aids instead.

Aww I hope they do too. The only cost me $5 so it doesn't matter too much. If not I'll most likely use my partners heavy duty tape that he uses for work. I saw it in the van yesterday and thought that would be perfect haha xx

Thanks hun :-). I had barely any breasts to start with so I was worried I wouldn't respond but I've progressed pretty quickly so far which is encouraging. I'm so excited for my pump to arrive so I can get started! I find it crazy that there are so many people in the NBE community who are growing breasts naturally yet most people don't even know it's possible that you can do it and will just say surgery is the only option. xx
Mhairi5662 - wow your breasts are beautiful! honestly right now my breasts are almost identical to your starting photo, and I've been doing massage and kangzhu for a few weeks. So far I've gotten a very slight bit more full from starting point, but that's it. Also - I'm not sure if Amazon ships to Australia but I bought my domes on amazon.com for $20 (USD).

I've been too scared to try any herbals but after seeing your after photos, I'm think I'm going to try it! I'm going to buy the same brands as you as well. I'm just under 5ft tall so I think the 500mg of Ainterol might be too strong a dose for me anyway.
Seriously - your now breasts ARE my goal - if I were you I'd never need NBE again! Although everyone says boobie growth is addicting - if I ever grow some boobies I'll see if I agree!
