Thank you Vixy and Hannah. Yes it definitely helps having the beginning pictures because you get used to the boobs you have now and sometimes forget how much progress you have made until you look at the old pictures and see the dramatic difference. As long as you have a picture now though you can track your progress from here on out. My starting size was very small which means I'm still not large at the moment but I have grown a lot. The plan is to get one more cup size and then just leave it there as I am small framed anyway :-).
And youre not greedy at all:p I think youre a little bigger then i am...but we started out similar. If i can dream I aim for a good c or d cup to get more protrusion...they re a little bit saggy now.
Wow that progress is amazing! Such a huge difference. It's been about a year and a half now? Gorgeous results! Keep it up

A c cup is what I'm going for too :-). Do you pump? That's supposed to help perk up breasts. It's strange because I measure at 29" under the breasts and 34" over the nipple and on breast measurement sites it says I'm an a cup which just isn't correct. So I'm confused what size I actually am but 32b fits fine. I think as long as they look the right size to me and I'm happy with them thats fine lol!

I have your measurements too. In my country it puts me at a 34A and yet from the same store I can buy and wear "some" styles of their 34C's so I find just try them on in store cause there's no point in relying on sizing calculators..
So I just wanted to update with my monthly photos. I've been on ainterol for 3 weeks and I'm on my break now. Just started my period a couple of days ago. So I have been pumping for around 1.5-3 hours a day. It really depends what my schedule is. I don't pump on a Monday since that is my boyfriends day off. My breasts do swell up to a fantastic size but I haven't had any growth as yet. I measured and at the moment I am 33.5 inches which means I am 0.5 less than last month however my breasts change measurement all the time ranging from 33 to 34 inches at their biggest so I'll just keep going with the ainterol and see what happens. My period cramps were a bit worse than usual but apart from that I haven't had any issues on ainterol so far.
I am also doing blake talks hypnosis but some of them are over an hour and i find it very difficult staying awake. I think my plan is to try ainterol for another 2 cycles and see how I go. Does anyone have any other brands of PM that they can recommend? I still have siriporn and I grew from that when I started NBE, I just had to take more than the recommended dose so that is an option. Hopefully the ainterol works for me in the meantime :-).

I'm playing around cautiously with solgar phytogen complex but only because is comes highly rated by dr christine Northrup. If you read the reviews in Amazon and iherb women did claim it made them a cup size bigger, but bearing in mind it's a mnopause formula

How long has it been since you have had a break? Taking a couple of weeks off from noogling can do wonders for a re-start. Suggest you stop pills as well as noogling but keep massaging. Good luck
