Program Update!

• I started snoogling a little (and I say "a little" because I will sleep maybe three hours with them on, and then when I need to roll over in the middle of the night, I rip them off Tongue), only because they are now comfortable enough to wear (now that I put the lids in there--which, btw, I found smaller lids to replace which were coffee cup lids) that I was falling asleep while wearing them... so I thought, why not? They always lose suction as soon as I lay down, though, so I always have to re-pump them in the dark. Also, I have broken capillaries again. This time, I am just going to "oh well" the situation and just keep doing my thing. I really do not over-pump at all. I just have sensitive skin, so hopefully it will just be a matter of getting my breast tissues and capillaries used to the suction.

• So, for exactly a week now I have noticed a little quadraboob going on. I usually do not like to observe myself in the mirror in bras so I happened to notice it when I observed myself in a tee-shirt. I noticed my boobs' top profile looked funny from under my shirt. I thought maybe it was just a weird thing, but it has kept up for the whole week. I have quadraboob now with three out of four of my bras, all of which are 32Bs. So I was tempted today to try on other 32Bs and possibly 32Cs (if they had them) at the store to see if my home bras are just gradually shrinking within the wash. After all, I have never, EVER, had quadraboob with ANY bra before. So I was lucky enough to find at my local Boscov's four bras in a 32B and one in a 32C to try on. In three of the four 32B bras, I had slight quadraboob, and the other one didn't (same ratio as with my home bras 3:1 Tongue I know, I'm a nut). The 32C actually fit perfectly. I asked the saleswoman there and she said that Maidenform (the 32C bra) tends to run a bit small. Ok, so it looks like I'm possibly in between bra sizes right now. As much as I want to not get too excited too fast, just in case it is some crazy bra sizing issue of which I am unaware, I cannot help but smile because I have never been able to fit a C before.... Big Grin

• I got my menses earlier than expected. I got it on Sunday, which makes my last cycle only 27 days long. Since today is the second full day of having my menstruation, TOMORROW I begin taking my Suplife capsules! I am so very excited!! However, my Ainterol supply has not yet come in, so I will not be able to start the morning spray and evening cream as planned. What the duck! I want a discount or some kind of compensation at this point.

• I am seriously considering buying a Bradelis bra soon, especially since I am starting to grow out of my 32B side support bras (which I mentioned earlier the purpose for which was to help support and "shape" my bras as they grow, as Chiyo did) and will have to start buying 32Cs. I bought that eBay bra because I wanted to save the Bradelis bra for when I got to the next size larger, so I could wear it for the three months they recommend you to wear it, at least.
In between sizes is a bit tricky. You'll know when you are a c. Its a larger coverage area as in foundation. The base widens and the b cup ring will be too small. It took me forever to get there. But I finally did. I would imagine it be the same for an e. Its like every other cup grows outward than widens. If you get your hands on a vintage bra made In the u.s. say 1950s, you will know your real size as most asian bras run smaller.

Oh no! Did you mean to post it twice?

Thanks for the input, and for the heads-up! As much as I like the idea of growing, I am not looking forward to being in-between sizes, because I know you're right that it will be tricky. And awkward. And annoying. I mean, bra sizes confuse the crap out of me already, and now this Rolleyes. I know I cannot possibly be a C yet because, although I am popping out of most Bs and I fit perfectly the one C that I was able to try, I still fit a couple B bras. And yes, I definitely need to get my hands on a 32C that DOESN'T run small so I can see how much more I would need to fill a normal C cup (which is why I tried the C on today!- but found out there was nothing more I needed to fill it). It's just hard enough to find 32Cs in stores as it is Dodgy That small-running 32C was my only option. Interesting because it is not an Asian make. I guess I will try American Eagle for fitting, as I have heard that Victoria's Secret runs differently than most Huh

Well, to look on the bright side: this awkward in-between stage will give me more motivation to grow out of it and into a normal C bra! Here's to a new adventure! haha
So now is the 6th day of my first Follicular Phase (as it is described in my first post describing my plan, but excluding the sprays and lotions). This is only my fourth day on PM.

My updated Follicular measurements are:
Underbust/Bust: 29"/35.5"
Waist: 26.5"
Hip/Butt: 40"

As you can see, although it is my follicular phase, my measurements for my bust are slightly bigger than they were during my luteal! Although I expect to see many fluctuations (therefore, not celebrating yet Tongue), this is a promising start! I think the noogling and pig placenta combo are mostly to blame. I love taking my pig placenta Smile

Also, I finally received my sprays and cream today!!!! Yey. Woof, that was a long wait, but I am glad the wait is finally over. I applied the spray as soon as the package came in, lol.

If you are curious as to why my hip/butt measurement changed so drastically, please see my other thread, post #4 http://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=14868. It is a sad story, but nothing I cannot fix!

For Other Dietary Supplements and General Diet Information, please see my other program thread:

Also, here are the results to my blood tests...

Taken during my Luteal Phase:
• Estradiol: 378pg/mL (range 331-409)
Taken during my Follicular Phase:
• Progesterone: 40ng/dL (range 27-54)
• Testosterone: 42ng/dL (range 2-45)
• Free Testosterone: 4.4pg/mL (range 0.1-6.4)
• DHEA: 583ng/dL (range 102-1185)
• Prolactin: 11.6ng/mL (range 1-22)

*Am I missing any?*

So, judging off the fact that my Progesterone is right smack in the average of the norm-range, I figure I can play with it just a little bit by having some phyto-progestins to my program, but ever-so-little, and only during the Luteal Phase. My Testosterone, although also in the norm-range, is only four ng/dL's away from being excessive, which means I have a lot of room to play with anti-androgens. This is why you see the Vitex, Red Clover, and Saw Palmetto in my program above.

And since my estrogen is also pretty much smack-dab in the middle, it is still in the higher half of the range, and considering that this test was taken during my Luteal Phase (meaning it was showing at its lowest level and that I likely have higher levels than that during my Follicular Phase), I thought it might help to take some Dandelion in hopes that it might increase the amount of estrogen receptors to accommodate the increase of estrogen brought to my body through my program.

Hi Timarie,

I would like to ask, my girlfriend recently went for a blood test, and here are the results.

Hormone test:
Day1 of menstrual cycle(We did the test in the morning and she started getting period that night)
Thyroxine(T4) :106.3 nmol/L
TSH: 1.93 UIU/ML
Free T4: 16.9 PMOL/L
Prolactin: 16.2 NG/ML
FSH: 7.4 MIU/ML
LH:8.3 MIU/ML
Estradiol: 27.8 PG/ML(Is it really that low during menstruation?)
Testosterone: 0.39 NG/ML
Cortisol(stress): 8.7 UG/DL

We also found out that she had high cholestrol due to high LDL. Her HDL levels are normal.

Day 9 of menstrual cycle
Progestrone:0.19 NG/ML
Estradiol: 80.7PG/ML(Is this low?)

Day 24 of menstrual cycle
Progestrone: 14.82 NG/ML
Estradiol: 234.3PG/ML

The problem here is I still do not know if she is having low hormones or having high hormones?Huh

I can't find any standard measurements for this.
Her Estradiol and Progesterone both seem to be within normal range, but a little on the low side. Both.

The rest appear to be VERY normal.

She's definitely healthy. But she might benefit from boosting both her estrogens and her progesterone, using something like PM and PC.

Hi Milkyboon!

I actually do not know a whole lot about hormones and their ranges myself, so I think you should listen to AbiDrew, since she has been on this journey for a lot longer than I!

Thanks for responding to this, AbiDrew. I was given the expected normal ranges with my test results, and was about to answer Milkyboon's questions based off of those ranges I was given, but in the process I discovered that the normal range varies from lab to lab depending on the instruments and testing methods they use...? Is this true for all hormones? And how does one determine if they are in normal range if it is not provided by the lab?

Also, a quick side-note for you Milkyboon, the day on which she got her first test may actually be the last day of her previous cycle, as the first day of REAL bleeding marks the first day of ovulation (as opposed to brown discharge which typically people consider the start of their menstruation, but for the purpose of determining the beginning of your cycle, it is not). Check out: http://www.pregnantinthecity.co.il/Page/...ation.html and http://www.babymed.com/menstrual-cycle/w...cle-period.
Well, what it depends on mostly is what sort of measurement method was used, which is easily determined by what units are in use.

You just need to match units to units, finding one of several charts online to do so. Just make sure you're using the RIGHT chart, using the units that the results are using. Units are absolutely critical! Also, make sure the chart you're using is reputable. Wikipedia isn't terribly off for rough estimates, but it's better to use one of the charts on actual medical sites.

And the day thing isn't THAT big a deal. Last day or first day, the hormones are at pretty similar levels... Though that COULD throw off the peak value, since she'd be doing all the tests a day late, and peak is actually very time-critical. So her estrogen and progesterone might actually be completely normal.

Yes, that is exactly why I mentioned about the "day" thing. I figured it would change the standard range depending on when during her cycle she took the test.

My units of measure are the same as hers, yet compared to the ranges given to me, most of her results would be very low (Estradiol, Testosterone, Progesterone). You can see the ranges given to me above in my post with my hormone levels. Am I missing something? Ugh I'm so confused by all this now Tongue I trust you know what you're taking about, but why are my ranges disagreeing when they are using the same units of measure? Strange... I don't even know enough to even begin to hypothesize. Not to mention that it is now worrying me that maybe the lab gave me something off.
