Simplifying things: I found that both

They took 1 Glamour during menstruation and 1 99% ladies pueraria during follicular phase. No PM/herbs during luteal.

All cycle, they took whitex placenta and puruoi collagen.

Oh and they religiously take their BBT to record their luteal/follicular phases.
