I'm sorry, I have some severe private problems now, that's why I stayed away from here for a while. I must admit, I also stopped using the cream since a couple of days (since my ovulation) because I didn't have time for this BUT: I still grow. I am 89,5 cm now and my C cup bra is really full and my boobs are very round and full too. I still don't have a camera to make the photo but I swear, it's true. As the BIOVEA cream is very expensive I'm thinking now about cycling it too. Creaming until ovulation and then stop. Because it seems to be enough for me. And for my libido: I have it back since I stopped the PM capsules and gave me a slight kick with some libido enhancing herbs. And I didn't shrink from them :-)

I started to use the biovea cream yesterday, and today I got a really bad headache, more exactly a throbbing in my left temple....have you experienced this side effects?

As I can remember I had a slight headache in the first couple of days of taking the BIOVEA PM capsules but not from the cream. But the headaches stopped on day five or so so I assume that it'll be the same for you. Just wait and see. But when the headaches don't stop after two or three weeks you should stop taking it, I think.

BTW, I'm on day 28 of my cycle and my boobs are HUGE!!! Look like a very full C. I'm 90 cm now!!!!!!! And the best thing: I have big girls and I'm horny too. So, The cream alone works much better for me than the capsules.
And I only gained 1 kilo. Feels like most I gained is on my boobs. A little bit on my stomach and waist (which still are quite small with 57 cm) and unfortunately nothing on my butt (83 cm). But I can live with the small butt. I bought me a LEVI'S bold curve skinny dark washed in 26/32 and it looks great with 90cm boobs. Make them lkook even bigger. I think it's a good trick to wear something what makes your butt appear as small as possible (that's what dark washed skinnies do) so that you look bigger in the upper half.

I posted on your " bleeding and shrinkage" post because the day I completely stopped PM I started spotting and found solace in your thread and was relieved by ur update when you said the bleeding stopped....mine stopped too and I was wondering if at the time you continued taking PM or did you stop for ovulation? I know u mentioned ur body wanting it but don't recall u saying if you kept taking or stopped at the time. I know u stopped the capsules and are just using the cream at the moment.

Portia oyu look fab. So sorry to hear your personal troubles I hope they get better soon. I have been massaging with biovea PM cream for a week now. the massage made them feel sore and i have now started my period but they do feel firmer yet softer too.

how long did it take you to notice booby changes with just the cream? i also got some PM soap dunno if will do anything but at least forces me to massage in the shower for a few minutes!
