Thank you Mel and Pansy Mae,

I will include this in the next updates. The one I listed from Thai herbal products is the pink one, Thanyaporn. I will add the others.

Hello, I've been looking at either the PM, and is this suitable for menopause, I have 35 years, will be harmful to me?. another question I have is the luteal phase?

Actually PM is highly reccomended for women in the premenopause time frame of 35 and on up into the menopause time frame. If you go to each of the sites that sell it, you will find that many of them not only suggest it's use for breast growth but also for women experiencing the problems that come with age and hormone problems associated with low estrogen.

Thanks for answering Mel, I really would like to start with the PM, but not as clear as anything I have to take it, it seems very confusing, here you have all clear when to do it but I did not, which means neither luteal phase, and that plant is GR, fenugreek seems likely to serve, but I am afraid of gaining weight, I am currently on a diet, I've dropped 1 kg, but need to lose another 3kg, and the FG, I do not help me ... as you see not as take the PM and other herb recomendariais me .. thanks again, I am Spanish and I is very difficult to follow you, greetings!

i've tried multiple brands:

st. herb pills - still taking them. 4 a day.

siriporn pills - i sometimes substitute 2 st. herb for 1 siriporn. i wanted to switch completely to this since it's cheaper than st herb pills but i'm suspecting that this makes me bloated when i take it for a few days in a row. i'm still experimenting.

st. herb cream (and nano) - every morning before going to work. i like this the best because it smells good and absorbs fast. wont ruin your bras or make them stinky. nano is way more expensive than the cream.

siriporn serum - like Genie said, it's mostly oil. i just finished my 1 bottle. i used it for noogling. not ordering more.

ro-bust lotion - seems like i experienced faster growth since starting this so i ordered more bottles. the smell is unpleasant. i use this at night.

ainterol extract - very thick and sticky. you have to mix it with another lotion to use for massage. i use this with Aumenti cream. i don't like the consistency of this and the stickiness stays on your skin so after i'm done with my first bottle, i'm not ordering more.

PM uk brand lotion - didn't see a difference. stopped after 2 bottles.

PM uk brand serum - felt like it was mostly alcohol. stopped after 2 bottles.

Thank you lled,

It's in the off line file for the next update. In terms of value for money, do you recommend the St. herb cream or the nano as a topical?

I'm really excited watching this all take shape. With each contribution, it is becoming one of the most informative threads on the web for anyone considering PM. I'm just really impressed with your dedication Isabelle as I know you have dedicated alot of your time to compiling all of this. I was going to make another suggestion for down the road, but then felt guilty since it would be one more time consuming job, but might be a nice detail to round it all out when it is a finished product, so I will still just throw it out there for maybe down the road sometime.

I've found during my research, that everyone's picture pages just kind of run together so it's hard to find before and afters of PM outcome, BUT if you were to link each of our names in the list you made of who is or has used it to either our program page, or our picture page, it would then turn that list into a one stop research page, which would be nice for new comers and for those of us going through it. What do you think?

I don't have the time today or tomorrow, but it will indeed add a lot of value to what's already been done. From comparing products, it takes this thread one level up to comparing results. It will take some work, but save a lot more: it's probably the fastest way to get to an "/$ comparison.

maybe if everyone posted their link when they confirm their brand, it would help you out some, when you get time to start on it. That would cut down on you having to dig for everyone's pages.

Yes, that would help.
