Looks good, but quite a lot of ingredients: if something goes wrong, how do you know what caused it? Bargain Boobs is doing an experiment with apple pectin.

I'd take the whole serving: there's little of everything except beta-carotene.

Your body makes A from beta-carotene as needed. So you can't really take too much.

I'd still take the multi. I don't expect anything to cancel, but checking for too high doses is hard work for powders like these: it takes a big table with all vitamins and minerals, the nutritional data of each ingredient, and the RDAs from the NIH fact sheets.
