Ginkgo for circulation

Ginkgo for circulation

I have very poor circulation and I want to address this for more success with my NBE. I have taken cayenne but I am not sure if it makes that much of a difference (there is a good chance I should take more). I am prone to hypothyroid so that may also be contributing to my eternally cold hands and feet, but in my last blood test I wasn't terribly low and my medication was slightly increased.

Has anyone tried gingko biloba? I think I read on Moon's program that she tried it but discontinued without commenting on its effects. I also remember that Tiger Lily was on it before and during her program. Has it helped anyone with circulation? Do you think I could take it along with cayenne since they are quite different?

Thank you!

I have never tried anything for circulation personally, but I have thought about it many times. I have freezing cold hands and feet, always!! I found something on buyherbs.com called Circulation Plus which I thought about incorporating into my program. It contains garlic, soya lecithin, onion, ginseng, cayenne pepper, and ginkgo biloba all in one pill. Each herb does something different, all to help increase blood flow. It's only $10 for 180 capsules, so I think I may buy it myself!

When I was taking GB I first noticed an increase in signs, but they dissapeared so I stoped taking it. That was a time when I was having zero sucess with NBE. I didn't really feel it did much for my circulation, while cayenne on the other hand did wonders, it actually permanently improved it. You have to get like 300-400 mg of cayenne daily into you, but the problem is that you may not be able to take so much at once, remember that cayenne is a burning herb. I was able to take about 400 mg at once, but only if I drank lots of water with it, otherwise I'd get stomachake. You have to figure out your own dose. But do take it with plenty of water.
