Personal Program - ADVICE/SUGGESTIONS? New to this whole thing

Age: 20
Current Size: 32B (On the small side)
Goal: C-cup, Regulated period, Less PMS Symptoms

I'm taking:
1860mg of Fenugreek per day
1440mg of Fennel Seed per day
425mg of Wild Yam Root per day
1695mg of Dong Quai Root per day
1800mg of Saw Palmetto Berries per day

I initially started taking ~3700mg of Fenugreek but I felt extremely sick and light-headed so I lowered the dosage and plan to increase slowly as I continue the program.

Have mixed Fennel and Fenugreek powder from capsules into foods and lotions.

If anyone can help me, it would be great to hear from people that this has worked for and any side-effects they may have had.


Questions:
With all the hormonal changes these herbs can cause, is it possible that they can severely mess with hormonal birth control?
How long would it take for me to see results?

sounds like a good starting program Smile
Side effects should be unlikely but with herbs can be slight weight gain, feeling sick(mainly from just swallowing capsuals)
if u add anything make sure u get 2litre of water and daily massage really helps.


Your young so this normally means youll start seeing results quicker probably notice swelling/growing pains to start after about a month.
The best way to see growth happen is taking a photo every week so u can compare.


Herbs can be taken with the pill, i think most women do.
