idreamofD the girls on this forum know that after 3 months of PM you take a 1 month long break, and only use Milk Thistle to cleanse the liver, after 1 month you go back on for another 3 months, then 1 month break, and so on.

Yes, your body needs a 1 month break, every 3 months.

So, is it that even if you're cycling, you should still take a month break after 3 months?

Yes offcourse, your liver needs a break or you can get estrogen dominance.

I'm interested in copying chiyomilk's program as well and would like some help in what products to get...
I guess I should first get PM (haven't decided on the brand but something I can get in the US). But I'm really lost on what supplements to add to PM to make my program close to Chiyomilk's. Do you have any suggestions?

The two most important are PM as well as HGH. These produce the most growth. Then you can add the rest for extra support such as collagen.

Hi everyone,
I was thinking of adding 10grams of L-arginine to hopefully speed up my growth in addition to the PM I am taking but have some concerns about it. Since it is used to release more growth hormone in your body will it make anything else grow (don't want to wake up one morning and find that I'm a foot taller!). Any advise on this would be awesome. Also how many mg of Milk Thistle are you supposed to take to properly cleanse the liver??
