Herbs: do you acclimatize to them?

#1

I keep hearing that our bodies can acclimatize to the herbs we're taking. Have you found this to be true for you? If so, what did you do? I'm worried about stopping the herbs and maybe losingmy growth or going a step back. DO you switch between herbs, so one month use Fenugreek and next month use Fennel , etc.? Or maybe using herbs one month then BO next month then back to herbs, etc.? Or do you not worry about it unless your growth seems to stall and then either take a break or switch herbs or to BO?

I think it takes a while before anyone starts to stall. I don't think anyone stalls in just a month or two.

I've never heard of anyone switching between herbs. I'm not sure if it would achieve anything to be honest.

I only switch if I find I'm not growing on something. Generally you would wait at least a month of no growth before considering a possible stall. Don't just switch each month. I aclimate to medications and other things very quickly so I really think that if I had stuck with the same thing for the whole time I had been on NBE I would never have made much progress as I did.
