So I bought fenugreek from puritan's pride and I just realized that when I got my order it says "whole herb" on it. Will this work just as good as the seeds or is this a big nono. Thank you!

The part of fenugreek that is used medicinally is the seed. I didn't know any other parts were even sold, except for use in the kitchen, as fenugreek leaves have a culinary use.

Are you sure it's not referring to the whole of the seed, meaning not an extract?

If I remember correctly. Whole herb means the whole of the herb was use in making the capsule or powder. Rather than an extract that concentrates on one part of the plant. Many herbalists say to use the whole herb rather than extract. They say there are components of the whole pant that are of benefit as well.

Sorry, Left this out. So you can use the whole herb. It just takes a little more of it than taking extract form.

Zu Che- It's not an extract it's a power in a capsule. I contacted puritans pride and they said it's the entire plant. I just wasnt sure if this is ok with nbe. I've only read of the seeds being used.

I actually got another question....i've been looking at the bra calculators and every website I have used gives me a different bra size! So far I've gotten 34aa, 34c, and 32d lol. Does anyone know a bra calculator online that is correct?

I think Andy's information is not entirely correct. Many herbalists say to use the whole herb rather than extract, as was stated, but this doesn't mean literally use the whole plant. In the case of seeds for example many herbalists prefer the whole of the seed to be used rather than a seed extract, but not the whole of the plant. It's a bit confusing as you can see but many things in herbalism can be confusing to be honest.

The point is: if your measurement is 34B but you still can wear 32, then wear 32C. That means when you decrease your 'above bust size', you need to increase your cup size from B to C. Hope you find your right size.

Yes you are correct. I misspoke. I meant the whole seed when I said whole herb versus a extract.
