So I had gone out and bought a 100 ct bottle of Saw Palmetto before realizing that it could have a negative effect on my BCP. Now I have the bottle, but nothing to do with it. I'm wondering if there would be any benefit at all to breaking up the capsules and mixing it with lotion for my massages. I mean, I guess it couldn't hurt, but is it worth the effort? I've seen where people do this with FG, but haven't seen anything on SP. If not, I don't know what to do with the bottle.
