hi crystalelle i dont think it was the FG because i have been taking it for a while and didnt have this happen before, also fenugreek is used frequently in indian food (which i eat) so my body isnt new to FG, just that i have been taking more of it since the start of NBE.
but i am planning on staying off of FG for a few days, because i am estrogen dominant and its causing lumps in my boobs.

yea lostacres, am hoping that was the reason, becuz my whole family panics over cuts and injuries generally and they all crowded around me and they were like OMG u cut urself, omg omg! lol so that could have been it

I've had a vasovagal attack before, and have never tried any BE before today.

My doctor had to tell me what it was after my boss called me an ambulance (it happened at work) and they sent me home.

I didn't actually pass out (sheer force of will) but man it was terrifying.
