I know we aren't supposed to do internal Phytoestrogen's while on BO, but do any of you use herbs in your topicals? and if not what do you use as a boobie batter for massage?

No herbs means no herbs, even internal. 
(which can have a greater effect than taking internally sometimes) You can use plain cocoa butter lotion or something similar for massage. Essential oils are good too but entirely up to you. Good luck!

Yes essential oil is good but you need to mix it with a lotion or cream. Don. t go direct it might burn your skin.
