OK, since people seem hesitant to post anything, I figured I would...just to inform anybody who is using Deborah's PM products. Her new store is called "Great Pottery, Great Herbs" on ebay.

Hey girl.....i don't use the PM, too scared it'll mess with my cycle. ANd after YEARS of having screwed up, heavy and long cycles until I had surgery on th elining of my uterus, I refuse to screw with it. My period is VERY light and usually only about 2-4 days. And despite all i have read about it being awesome for NBE, I am not gonna mess with a good thing. However I have read the posts on it in the past and will con't to.

I don't think WU and PM would be a good match to take together. PM is supposed to be the most potent phytoestrogen, so using WU would prolly hinder its effects. At least that's the general idea I got from others. It is OK, however to use other phytoestrogens externally. So if you want, use the WU cream as your topical and take PM internally. Also, SP is fine to take with PM internally.

I believe it was called Solagen Pm.. I'm recalling all of this from memory so this is just a vague and probably a little wrong but this is just the bouts of it.
I really am curious about Bellas and Deb's shops. Do any of you all have experiences with their business and products?
I'm currently taking WU, the usual fenugreek and saw palmetto and hypnosis , but really want to switch over to PM.

Sorry about your experience with herbkerb! That really sucks that people will take your money and not deliver the product you PAID for! The nerve... My experience with Deb was all positive. She replies to my emails, has affordable prices for these products, and delivers the product quickly--within 3 days. Besides being affordable, the product worked well for me until I stopped the goat's rue (and going on a meat fast didn't help matters). Then my results slowed to a halt, which leads me to believe I need GR to support my growth. Thinking PM was no longer worth taking, I switched to other herbs for almost 5 months, with little growth. Looking back on my PM routine I figured out the problem, so I'll be reverting to PM next cycle. I will continue to buy my PM from her until otherwise.

Everything I've read about Bella's has been positive. I plan on purchasing one of Bella's combo packages in the near future.
I've been taking PM that I purchased from the BestDealThaiGoods (is that the same as herbkherb?), as well as Ro-Bust (purchased through the Siriporn website), but I don't think it's strong enough. I've not been as intense as I need to with my program, but since I started out with the cheap stuff I'm not really that motivated right now.
Some days I feel/see fullness, but then other days I think it's all in my head. DH says he thinks they're fuller, but he might just be trying to make me feel better. Who knows.
I'll make it into a C cup one of these days!

Do you ladies think it's a good idea to add PM to a {fenugreek, SP, red clover} routine?
Also, does PM affect birth control at all ?!? (since so many people say that it can mess with your cycle)

I would think it depends on the quantities of the herbs you are already taking. Perhaps cutting one back and introducing the PM, who knows the PM might react with your body chemistry better than the others.
The PM won't interfere with the effectiveness of your birth control to stop you getting pregnant, but it may cause spotting especially whilst your body is getting used to it.
Depending on the quantities of red clover you are taking I would be concerned with it plus the PM as red clover can cause thinning of the blood it may increase the likelihood of spotting.
Hope that helps, but I'm only new here and still learning also.
