hiya to everyone, im new and only just started readin about all these herbs and stuff and im abit confussed with it all!! lol

right, im just about to order these from holland and barretts can anyone tell me if they think they will work.
Saw Palmetto Capsules (450mg)
Fenugreek Capsules (610mg)
Wild Yam Root (405mg)
am i going to be wasting my money or is this a good mixture? confused! lol

It's hardto say if herbs will work for a person or not. I know Anastasia didn't grow with herbs and neither did I. But there are people who grow from them like AliceCatherine and others

can i just do any combination of herbs? or can i just take one kind of herb? i can only find fenugreek in my town.

People normally do sp, fenugreek, and wild yam as the big three. But sp produces cellulite for some so be careful. Some substitute wild yam for red clover but I'm not sure what kind of herb red clover is so maybe you can google or someone else can answer on that one.
Some do a combo btwn fenugreek and msm.

Hi thanks for the replys. I didnt order but will when i have abit more idea of what im doing. Could fenugreek work on its own? And then add extras later if needed.
How many would i take in a day when they are 610mg... 3?

Most people take fenugreek with something else. I don't think anyone on here has taken just fenugreek.
You start slow with 1 pill for a week or so. Then two for maybe a month. Then 3 pills a day going on after that. If you take 3 pills a day right off the bat it may not work because your body is not used to it and it will stall your growth
