Hello,
I'm fairly new to all this, and seem to not even know the easiest thing, like what would be the best way to measure.
So here by my question: how do you measure your breasts and what is the best way?

I'm also confused because some sources say band size is measured under bust and some say above bust?

Welcome to the club.
I think around here its safe to measure below the bust and call that the band.
Across the nipples or the fullest part of your breast is your bust.
And above the breast is ..... above the breast
Every bra maker has their own version of how to measure so its best to follow their lead when buying a bra, or get fitted and a reputable lingerie shop.
