Can we use topical oil like Kigela and zhi mu on our skin while taking Bovine ovary?
Does that mean we can’t drink teas like red clover with phytoestrogens?

Well I've always heard that you shouldn't mix bovine ovary with herbal products. That seems to be generally agreed, although I don't know exactly why. Besides, wouldn't it make it hard to know what was working for you?
