Okay, so here goes my current program and my previous trial:

Starter size: AA

FROM MID SEP 2005 TO MID FEB 2006: I took a product called Bust Plus
Ingredients: equal doses of fenugreek, fennel, hops and chinese yam, did not state how much exactly.
I took the whole dose (3 pills) once a day, in the morning, didn't drink coffee and didn't massage. I only noticed tingling right after I started taking it, but it stoped after about two weeks. I noticed fullness, hadn't had much pains, and NO real growth.

FROM MID MARCH: separate herbs SP and FG:

First month: smaller doses - 1080 mg of SP whole berry and 1830 mg of FG a day (in two doses - morning and evening), didn't massage,didn't notice much happening.

Second month: raised the doses - sth like 1620 mg of SP whole berry and ~2440 - 3660 mg a day, experimented with changing doses, divided the daily dose on three times per day.
I usually drank a cup of coffe a day. I got most pains when I suddenly changed the daily dose - like the day I took the lowest dose after I took the highest the previous day, but overall still very few pains and no growth.

NOW: starting third month on separate herbs: size still AA
Routine:
Morning: 540 mg SP, 1020 mg FG, 1000 mg borage oil, massage with cocoa butter
Afternoon: 540 mg SP, 1020 mg FG (+ 1 cup of coffee)
Evening: 540 mg SP, 610 mg FG, 1000 mg borage oil, massage with cocoa butter

I have a losion of which cocoa butter is the main ingredient and it also contains aloe vera and vitamin E. I am not yet sure how milk thistle is supposed to be taken and what I'll decide in regards to brakes. I hope this works for me.

I've had problems with kidneys recently that I rhink may have something to do with herbs. I drank tea that is ment for kidney and bladder problems and it got better quite soon, but I keep drinking it cause I've always been prone to bladder infections and it seems to help. I just hope it won't have some unwanted interactions with the herbs I'm taking.

I've had more problems with gastric acid too, which I've always had, but recently even more. I don't know if that also may have to do with taking so many pills. I've been given some medications which I hope will soom make things better.

Since August 9th 2006, I have changed my routine to:

Morning:
610 mg FG
340 mg SP
310 mg hops
1000mg borage oil
500 mg barley

Afternoon:
1220 mg FG
620 mg hops

Evening:
610 mg FG
340 mg SP
310 mg hops
1000mg borage oil
500 mg barley

Massage with cocoa butter at least once a day.

Made a months brake in septenber mid-octover. Started same herbs again on october 12.

My new program is sth like this:

morning:
610 mg FG
310 mg hops
40 mg ginko biloba
1000 mg borage oil

afternoon:
610 mg FG
340 mg SP
310 mg hops
40 mg ginko biloba

evening:
610 mg FG
310 mg hops
40 mg ginko biloba

That is standard, but sometimes I add also one capsule of milk thistle (don't know how many mg it is) and 500 mg barley on a day. I massage one or two times a day, as I have time. I use a mix of the normal / 'chi' massage (rotations up and inwards) and Tge Lilly's technique (hard massage with knuckles in smal cricles arround the breasts).

As my first routine was unsucessful, I didn't expect much from this one either, but I'm actually having some pains now, which before I never did, or hardly ever.

Two most important changes I made are that I went off BCP and added ginko biloba, becasue after research I guessed that the reason NBE is not working for me could be BCP or poor blood circulation (which is stimulated by ginko biloba).

Now I'm a bit more hopeful. I will also try other herbs, probably switch hops with wild yam, or maybe even SP with nettle.

Some stats: I measured about half a year ago and my measurments were:
88 cm over bust
75 cm underbust
I won't measure again untill I think I can measure some difference.

Since on my new routine, I've had some actual growing pains for the first time ever. On my former routines I had them only for a day or two after I changed my routine and then they went away, so normally the most I got was one quick stab in a day but most of the time nothing whatsoever.
Now I get several persistent pains during the day, in some days, mostly in the luteal phase and the days arround ovulation. There are sill some days when I only get one or two quick stabs and nothing more and during my perio and I'm very hopeful about that being a good sign.
I think the difference goes to gink biloba which improved my circulation. I notice other definite signs that my circulation is better than growing pains, I'm not cold anymore now and before I was always freezing.

One more thing about the pains... As I said I attribute them to the action of ginko biloba. I didn't notice a difference right away, but about two weeks after adding it. The pains appeared in my previous cycle as a total surprise and went with period. I was very hopeful and nervous to see if they come back in my next cycle and so I know they weren't a conscequence of a change. I'm in my second cycle now and the pains did come back, but I expect more of them in the following days. In my previous cycle, I've also noticed the increasing size in boobs before period which then gows down with period which is also supposed to be a good sign or an early stage of growing. If I get both of those signs in this cycle, I'll be happy as hell.

Strated red clover on Dec 26 and cayenne on Dec 28. I'm also doing hot/cold showers for improving circulation.

The pains in my second cycle after adding ginko biloba returned after period, were cosistend arround ovulation, but disappeared in the luteal phase. After definite signs of improved circulation, they went away and I was again cold and without much pains. In the third cycle, I had pains during the period and around ovulation, but none so far in the lutheal phase.

I added kelp on Jan 15. I stopped ginko biloba. My program is now:

morning:
610 mg FG
480 mg RC
310 mg hops
~300 mg cayenne
1 tea spoon of pollen
~150 mg kelp
B complx + iron

afternoon:
610 mg FG
480 mg RC
310 mg hops
~300 mg cayenne
1 tea spoon of pollen
320 mg SP
500 mg barely

evening:
610 mg FG
480 mg RC
310 mg hops
~300 mg cayenne
1 tea spoon of pollen
B complex + iron
(medication against excess gastric acid)

I massage 1 to 2 times per day with cocoa butter. I'm concerned as it contains mineral oil, so I'll probably be replacing it soon, possibly with WU cream.

I occasionally drink milk thistle tea.

I eat one soy beans meal almost every day.

Started a new routine on March 27 after a 2 months brake. The previous routines didn't really work, looked like they might at times, but all my pains and signs always subsided a few weeks after adding or changing something.

New routine will include: FG, fennel, WY, RC, SP, nettle, borage oil, ginseng, hops, kelp, GB, cayenne, barely, possibly some other stuff. I can't really write a definitive scedule, I will just go along as I see it fit and experiment with selection and doses.

Since geting used to herbs seems to be the problem, I'll be making many small brakes at different intervals.

Massage with WU cream.

I am paying additional attention to stress, which is why I added ginseng, and I'm also doing hypnosis / meditation.

So, it's been a long time since I updated this page. In the last 4 months or so, I have been doing several different methods and have gained somewhere between 3.5 and 2.5 cm.
First I did the Grow Yours program which is a specialised kind of massage which raises prolactin levels and causes lobes in the breast to grow. I stoped doing it by original instructions because it was too time consuming, but still do my modified version of it and I feel that it makes a difference. I have also been taking herbs: flax seed oil, which I found a surprising difference with, cause I seem to have more pains since starting it, nettle, which helps me for my skin and is also indispensible for me, and soy. I also used vacum, which made a big difference too, cause it also gave me more pains by increasing the blood flow into the breasts. I have also been on new BCP - Yasmin. Overall, I did have more pains with this routine than I ever did before and my first inch of growth. I don't know exactly what did the trick, the massage, flax seed oil or vacum. Or even soy.

Anyway, I'm modifying my routine now to base it on galactogogues, herbs which increase prolactin. I decided this because the prolactin rising massage seemed to be what most likely gave me growth. I will of course keep everything else from my previous routitine which seemed to be responsible for growth. My new routine will incude:
* Goat's rue
* Wonderup (contains soy)
* nettle root
* flax seed oil
* vacum
* special massage

I have been on a brake for 2 weeks to make sure I am not stalled and I am starting since today. I don't know what doese I'll take yet and will probably adjust them as I go.

Galactogogues didn't seem to work. I only did them for a month but since I wasn't having any pains I decided it's probably not gonna work and I better try sth else.

I'm starting magnets today. I will do only magnets for about a week to see how it feels and then add herbs and massage and stuff, see what I decide.

And my my measurments have gone down (!):
across bust - 88,5 cm
underbust - 76 cm

Changed my mind about waiting a week, started herbs and massage today. For now I'll be taking: soy, nettle root, flax seed oil, grape seed extract, cayenne. Maybe also ginseng and at times kelp. I'm tempted to add FG just cause it makes my hair grow so fast. I'll probably adjust the program as I go.
I'll be wearing the magnets mostly at night, probably also evenings.

I am not able to get Wonderup because of financial constraints. What can I do as a substitute? Do you feel it's a key to your growth? What is this special massage you have been doing? Could you share it or describe it?

Hi Moon,

I made a startling discovery that in some of the web posting referred to by the message "Taking on this challenge", the direction of the rotation of massage is just the opposite of what I have been doing. It says that you are supposed to have your hands at the bottom of your breasts, right hand on right breast and left hand on left breast. Then you are supposed to move your hands up and in between the breasts and apart to the top of each breast and then on the outside of the breasts and finally down, returning to the bottom of the breasts again. From the massage method postings on this forum, I thought it was the opposite. What direction have you been doing? Do you push hard as tigerlily and Fengshui describe? Do you use knuckles or just the palm of your hands and fingers? Thanks a lot.

Hi Sarah. Um well firstly, are you sure you don't have me confused with someone else? I hadn't had much sucess in NBE at all. I got 1 measurable but unnoticable inch of growth last summer but that's all. I'm a not quite 34A.
As for your questions, the palm massage is supposed to be performed inwards. I feel that the best massage is a kind of mixed one that includes many different movements and techniques: fingetips to deliver targeted deep penetrating and stimulating massage, knucles to deliver forceful but less targeted deep penetrating and stimulating massage, sqeezes where you place your thumb on the inner side of your breasts and other fingers on the outter side and just drive them over with some pressure and just kindof kneed the whole breast, palm rotations, and it's also very important to twiddle the nipples.
If WU is not viable to you due to price, you should look for herbs in your local stores and make up a custom routine. Which herbs to include is up to you and what you can find.

I feel like I'm in a similar boat as you after you said in the boyfriend thread from the main board that you feel your are one of those women who's puberty was stalled like me. I haven't been taking herbs as long as you (about 2 months now) but I had some pains at the beginning and so far have seen zero change, no matter how much I massage and such. Do you think that maybe this NBE stuff is just inapplicable to ladies who are stuck in this puberty state? I'm kind of thinking this to be true... Or have you seen or know of any on this board who was in a puberty state and managed to grow significantly?

Sorry to ask so many questions, but I just thought you were the best one to ask since you know what I'm talking about Smile

Hi Hopeful, NBE is certainly not only for women who already have breasts, there have been many girls who started very small or flat and grew nicely, from the picture pages I can think of Lisa121, Tigerlilly, Epiphany and Bufee. 2 months is not so much, most girls report that it took them 3 to start noticing growth. Also, do you measure? If not, you could have easily already gained up to an inch without realising, cause that is still unnoticalble to the eye. But it's good to measure so that you can detect this unnoticable progress and know that you are growing. I think it's best to measure every day, so that you really get a hang of it and can do it as accurately as possible. I can measure up to 0,5 cm accurately.

A bit of update - When I stoped herbs for a short while to see the effect, my pains and signs subsided, but when I started them again, they came back. I've been having quite a lot of tingling and itching. Measurements still about the same.

I do measure and sadly it is always the same thus far... Do you think the RC did you good compared to fennel and fenugreek or not really?

I really can't say, at the time when I did RC I didn't know enoguh about NBE to do a good routine. I went of BCP thinking that maybe then NBE would work better but now I know that that's actually bad for NBE cause it throws you hormones out of ballance. I also didn't do agressive massages. I still have some RC and I'm thinking of adding it again sometime soon, I'll see. Thanks, and best wishes to you too.

Well the first and most important update I have to make is that I came to a realization - I grew 1 inch last summer. As unbelievable as that sounds, I was not aware of it. I measured it, but since all my previous NBE attempts have been unsucessful, I just wrote it off as gaining weight or whatever, I somehow didn't really believe it. But I actually didn't gain any weight in that time and my underbust measurment remained the same as well. And after that inch was gone, after I stopped all NBE including massage, I realized that it really was there and attributable to GY. But I hope this doesn't mean I can only grow temporarily.
But this gave me sth to think about - that maybe I could have had an increase before, but didn't know cause I never measured, cause I expected to see an obvious eye noticable increase and when I didn't, I gave up. I did somewhere along the road start finding 34A bras which I actually filled, which before I never found anywhere, but I though that before that was just because I didn't go shopping often enoguh. So I realized that I might have been too impatient and too optimistic in NBE - in the sense of expecting too much, as well as too pessimistic, in the sense of dismissing positive clues.

Now, the second update about my current routine. It has been 1 month sicne I started magnets + herbs. My bust measurment has increased for like 1/2'', which isn't a lot, but I know how to measure very accurately so I'm sure it's there. What gives me the most hope is that I've been having more signs of growth on this routine than I ever did on any others before. I also noticed that I only get the signs if I do the program consistently, with the energising treatment and all 3 growth treatments and all before and after massages. I do shorter than 5 minutes but my massage is very stimulating and it seems to be enoguh, what seems to matter is that I do it before and after. The energising treatment also seems important cause when I didn't do massage with it or didn't do it at all I had less signs. But I did stop doing the inertial treatments, because one day I was having continous pains and tingles the whole evening and then I did the inertial treatment and in 15 minutes they were gone and no more signs for two days. So I figured the intertial treatment ''shuts me down'' too strongly and will only do like one a weak to keep the breasts healthy. I'm keeping my hopes up for this method, but in 2 weeks my classes start again and I'm worried how I will keep it up...

I measured 90,5 cm today after massage, which is my old measurment from after I did GY and the most I ever measured. Yay for that! I hope I'll keep growing as fast as I seem to have in the last couple of weeks. I've been sore practically all the time, with lots of tingles and itchiness, and some pains.

Hi Moon,

Just wanted to check you're doing 1x energising treatment and 2x growth treatment? How long do you do each for?

I don't have much time to mess about but could find time to do energising and 1x growth before work, 1x growth when I get in and 1x growth before bed - do you think doing 3x growth treatments would help make up for leaving them unattended all day?

I was also thinking of taping the magnets to the end of the BB cups so that as the breast fills the cups it gets more and more magnetised (you keep the machine on for an hour but you're probably only in useful range for maybe 20-30 mins). I was also considering using the electric massager before each one as it feels like an electric current spreading through the breast and I thought it might work well with magnets.

Hi Louise. I was just going to write an update with details about my program. I do 1x energising and 3x growth treatments. At first I wasn't so consistent and had less signs, then I decided to really stick to it and got more signs and my measurment started increasing. I noticed that it's important that I do the before and after massage and all 3 growth treatments. I sometimes do less than recomended 5 minutes each, but as I mentioned before, my massages are very stimulating and it seems to be enoguh. Sometimes I do an energising treatment and shortly after the growth treatment, but in between I give my breasts a few minutes to depolarize before applying the magnets in growth position, I think it wouldn't be good to just turn them arround immediately. I leave the magnets on for 3 minutes as the program suggests. I also noticed that the energising treatment seems to be very important for me, yesterday I didn't do it and neither this morning and I had less signs, but I when did it today in the evening my breasts started feeling incredibly sensitive immediately after putting the magnets on.

I don't quite understand your question ''whether 3x growth treatments would help make up for leaving them unattended all day'' (sorry poor English). I tried the method of leaving the magnets on whole day/night at the beginning and it didn't give me a single sign. The intervals with massage seems to be the right thing for me, and I have confirmed that massages are cruical, I dunno how it would work tho if I left magnets on longer and also massaged, but I'm paranoid about causing some sort of adaptation so I decided not to try that.
The electron massager sounds like a good complement to the magnets, tho my massge is very different from the kind the massager gives (I assume vibrating?). I have not tried a different massage, but since this method isn't based on prolactin, a vibrating instead of agressive stimulating massage could work just as well, I think.
I might also add this - the most important of all growing signs I have on magnets is soreness, I'm sore practically all the time. But I only notice it when I massage (it's a bit more difficult), I'd have no idea they're sore if I did't touch them. So if you were to gather from your signs how continous or intermited use of magnets works for you, soreness on pressure would deffinitely be a sign to watch out for. I thoguht you might not notice it as you don't massage. In fact I didn't notice it myself for quite a while, I thoguth I was bruised from massge or my chest muscles acked exercise or sth.

Damn, sorry for the essay, I just don't know how to keep it short lol.

I added red clover and barely on 29. 1., which is right before my measurment started increasing rather fast, I could measure a 0,5 cm increase like every other day. But it's also when I started being more consistent with my treatments.

Anyway my daily herbs now are:
1500 mg soy
1000 mg nettle root
480 mg ced clover
500 mg barely
600 mg flax seed oil
150 mg kelp
150 mg grape seed
~250 mg cayenne

I drink a multivitamin every day and my protein intake is mostly based on lots of milk (lol).

Wow quick response!

I meant that if I do two treatments in the evening will that make up for not magnetising / massaging all day at work (unattended means alone!). Do you always do an energising treatment before a growth treatment? Do you do the growth treatment for 3 mins as well or do you do it for longer?

I find that the energising treatment makes them feel very active and then I put the growth magnets on and go out, the feelings wear off within about 30 mins. I think using on and off throughout the day may be more effective, like wait until the sensation wears off and remove the magnets then leave off for the same length of time it took for the feelings to stop and then put them back.

Keep us updated as to how you fit magnets in around your class schedule, that may be easier for me to follow.

Alternatively what about starting the 'day' when I get in from work and using them on and off over night e.g 7pm, 10pm, 5am, 8am, this would be easier for me.

Don't worry, your English is great, I get carried away with local expressions!

I think we are probably not all the same in how we respond to magnets. But leaving magnets on while the ''active'' feeling persists sounds sensible to me. I get growing signs throughout the entire day, but I rarely get this ''active'' feeling that you describe after applying the magnets, I got it a few times during the energising treatment after not energising for a while (when it seemed my body was drained of the ''energy'' and needed to fill up), and it never lasted for as long as 30 minutes, which may mean that short intervals are the best thing for me, but if you get longer lasting activity it may be that longer intervals are ok for you. My hypothesis is that it's better to use magnets intermittedly and not continously because the body might adapt to a constant magnetic field, but some people adapt faster, like me, some people later, like you, and some not at all, like Kieyah.

I feel that 3 evenly spread growth treatments are the best for me, but 2 growth treatments in the evening might be enoguh for you. A scedule designed for growth at night sounds like sth that could work well because of the nightly GH peak (but damn, you get up at 5 AM?!! O.o).

I do a combined energising + growth treatment only in the morning (so to get the 9 AM and noon treatment into one and save time). But I have just started doing that and I am not yet sure it's really a good thing.

I had major trouble with magnets yesterday. Two of my two-stacks got snapped together permanently, so I had to make new ones from the chipped magnets I had left. I checked the polarity and it seemed to be ok. I'll be ordering new, but I'm broke right now so I'll have to use these for a while.
Meanwhile I think my growing signs have decreased. :/ Aside from this magnet trouble, two other possible causes could be: 1 - I started doing the combined E + G treatment. 2 - I ate a lot of salty junk food in the last couple of days and not much protein.

Another update I might write here is that I noticed my areolas got bigger and puffier lately. I don't like it at all but apparently that's a sign of growth as well.

Hahaha, I must sound paranoid. :p The signs are back after receiving new magnets. However I have less of them than I did before which must be due to the fact that my classes started and I have more stress and I can't be quite as consistent anymore. Some days I do all 4 treatments (1 E, 3 G), some days I do only 2 G treatments and some days I do a combined E+G treatment in the morning. I seem to be painfully and slowly getting over the cursed 90,5 cm mark, measuring 91 cm most mornings.

Another news tho is that my lobes have gotten hard as stone! Ok not actually, but really hard. I will start doing a lighter massage.

It has been two months of my new program. I'm not sure if I'm happy with how it's working - I have increased 2 cm in January and only 0,5 cm in whole of February. The weird thing is that the January increase came mostly towards the end of the month, almost all in one week! If it wasn't for the encouraging signs, I'd think the magnets aren't really working and I got the inch from massage alone. But magnets deffinitely do feel like they are doing something, so I'm thinking maybe the rapid increase did have more to do with massage and the magnets will take more time.

More on the massage induced lobe increase, I think my lobes have become surrounded with a fibrous capsula because of all the harrassment, which is why they are so hard. So the increase could be only apparent and the glands haven't really grown, but only the connective tissue. :/

I have also slacked on suction lately thinking that maybe it's not so important, and now I'm thinking that maybe it is, so I have decided to be consistent with it again.

I'm feeling a lot more optimistic than I was when I wrote the last post. Lol, my mood about NBE changes like weather so it may really be good to pick up Andrew Dobson's hypnosis. I'm measuring 91,5 cm in the mornings, boobs feel bigger and meatier during massage. I bought two bras resently, a non-paded 34A and a non-paded 36A (yay!). I am certain I grew now, because some time ago I tried on the same bras and couldn't fill them. I haven't been very consistent with magnet treatments due to study obligations, but I'm trying to be whenever I can. I think I may have found how to do magnets to work the best - a growth treatment right before bed time. It makes sense, because sleep is the time when the most growth hormone is released and should be the optimal time to growth. Especially with drinking a large glass of milk before going to bed as well.

I feel that the growth treatment before bed time is a really good method. It gives me stronger soreness than a growth treatment at any other time. A couple of times when I woke up in the middle of the night the boobs were very sore, and the soreness from the night treatment lasts till the afternoon of the next day! I started thinking that maybe the time when the soreness wears of could be an indicator of when it's time to do a next growth treatment, and if so, I could get away with doing less than 4 treatments a day. However I'm not lazy enoguh to test this hypothesis and risk my best chances to grow. :p

Wow who would have known magnets could have such an affect on a person!! That's so great -Moon- glad its working for you Smile ...I wonder if I could find those kinda magnets at wal-mart or something, if I found little ones do yout hink it would work? Or does it have to be the ones from online?

Hi Hopeful, the magnets have to be the so called rare-earth neodynium magnets which are made from three elements - neodynium, iron and boron. These are the strongest magnets there are, relative to their size. Mine are 1,5 cm diameter disks and when I when I first got them into my hands I found them completely uncontrolable, but with time I got a good hang of them. I don't think it's likely that Wallmart has them, but there should be more than a few specialized stores and on-line stores that supply them. They are actually very cheap, I payed 0,6 euro for one at a German company site I ordered them from (tho I had to pay 25 euros for shipping lol).

I've been so busy lately it has been impossible to follow the the program, so no increases for a while. Measuring 91 cm. I hope I'll be able to pick up the program from now on.

Hi Moon,

Do you feel the tingles when the magnets are on or later?

Mine feel like they're gong mad with the magnets on but it usually wears off after maybe 15 minutes or if I take them off it wears off in about 10 minutes. I don't get much tingles during he day more a deep aching or itching, hypnosis gives tingles too - did you ever get round to listening to Andrew Dobson? It's weird I don't go to sleep but I can't force myself to actually hear the individual words he's saying and then suddenly it's the end of the recording and I've missed most of it - creepy!

It varies. Sometimes I get tingles shortly after placing the magnets on. They're no as strong as ''boobs going mad'' and they may dissappear before I take the magnets off (I wait till they disappear). They usually reappear shortly after taking them off. Sometimes I get tingles only a few minutes after removing the magnets and other times no immediate tingles at all. Then I might get a few tingles randomly during the day. And I always get soreness like a muscleacke in the boobs about one hour after the treatment that lasts for, say, from 5 to 20 hours. It tends to be weaker and shorter when I'm not consistent, and the strongest is the one from the treatment before bedtime.

I did an interial treatment yesterday before bedtime and the boobs got really painful immediately afterwards and still are today. It's a different kind of pain that the growing treatments give me. It has been I think 1,5 months since I did the last inertial treatment and it surely feels like my boobs needed one desperately. I think I will make a short brake doing only inertial treatments for a couple of days more untill the pains from them are gone so to give the boobs time to heal and regenerate themselves. It seems an inertial treatment is recquired at least two times a month.

I'm measuring 91,5-92 cm in the mornings, but I notice I have some morning swelling since on the program, so in the evening I'm still measuring 91 cm. But I've always measured in the morning, so all my previous measurments were with swelling also, so it could be considered a progress. But I'm def. gonna take into account the morning and evening measurments from now on.
I have changed the order of treatments a bit, now I do a G treatment at noon, an E treatment at 3 pm and G again at 7 pm and before bedtime. I noticed that this gives me less soreness but more tingles during the day. I've also recently been having a lot more immediate signs when applying the magnets when before I usually didn't.
Have been perfectly consistent in the last couple of weeks. I'm having a procedure next week tho so I'm only taking soy and nettle as others herbs from my program are blood thinners.

I had the procedure two days ago (blepharoplastic in case anyone's curious :p) and I didn't do magnets yestersday. Then I did them today, but silly me it just occured to me now that I probably shouldn't be doing magnets for a while since I have scars that need to be the priority of my body right now so that they will heal optimally. So I won't be doing magnets for at least 2 weeks. Or shouldn't anyway, but that is if I can stick to it. :p Been having sharp pains from today's two growth treatments tho aw.

Was just browsing the site and saw your update, Hope you recover well! Was it below or above your eyes? If its below I have to say I am the complete opposite, my skin is so thin I wish I could get botox or some fat injections under there so I could fill them out like my cheeks and not have such dark circles Tongue

Hi Hopeful, it was above my eyes, I'm too yough to have the one below, I was a bit young for the above one too actually - usually older people get this procedure cause their skin is less elastic and streches and drops more, but I had a genetic trait of slightly excess skin above my upper eyelinds so it was moreof out of vanity. :p I am content with having done it, I just hope now that my scars will heal optimally and fast and won't be visible. Hi Moon,

I'm an optometrist so just a couple of nosey questions:

Was it a congenital ptosis? Was it part of anything else like Horner's Syndrome? Unilateral / bilateral?

On the plus side everyone I've seen it done on (old people!) looked back to normal in a couple of weeks so you shouldn't get any visible scars.

Louise - Oh no, it was nothing like a condition. Ptosis is a drooping eylid, so that eye is not entirely open. What I had was a completely normal characteristic (like a croocked nose, or small boobs). It was some excess skin between the eyebrows and eylids, so it covered a large part of my eylids and that gives a more unhappy look to your face, which is why I didn't like it and wanted it removed. This excess skin often appears at middle aged people due to skin streching, but it's not rare to have this shape of eylids as a genetic trait from birth.
I have to say I'm really worried now about how it will look. After taking off the sticking plaster thingies today the shape was really weird! I do still have stiches in, so I hope this isn't the final appearance. It shouldn't be really, but I'm just so paranoid lol.

Two days ago I used magnets on the bruises arround my eyes, the right one mostly because it has been more bruised than the left one all the time. The following day the right eye was less bruised than the left one. I'm using the negative polarity of course, which is said to trigger intensive healing. Seems to be working. I'm using it more on both eyes now.

Started back on magnets yesterday, boobies were really sore and are still today. I'm also taking 610 mg of FG now (+ all from before), I mostly added it cause it makes my hair grow faster. And I'm getting the mapple syrup stench from only that grrr.

Measuring 91,5 cm atm, so total of ~3 cm of gain in 4-5 months. I felt like I got stuck, althoguh I wasn't very consistent with treatments in May and June. Started magnets again on July 12, this time continououlsy. I massage before going to bed and wear the magnets in the growth position at night, massage in the morning and do an energising treatment in the evenening. I have to note tho that I have been going to bed very late, at about 3 AM and not getting more than 6 hours of sleep per night. I'm still taking herbs - soy, nettle, FG, RC and barely.

I have to stop the magnets for a few days cause I got a reaction to nickel and feel very itchy. I thought the program was going well tho, was measuring 92 cm somtimes and they seemed bigger on the eye. I always had strong soreness in the morning, which declined towards the afternoon and then when I did the energising treatment in the late afternoon it came back. This method of doing mgnets sure is more convenient too, a lot less time consuming.

Aaaaargh I don't know what to do. I can't get rid extreme itching!! I haven't used magnets directly on the skin for a while, always with a piece of cotton paper in between, but the itching doesn't go away, and it's over the entire breast area, not just nipples. I have to use a special anti-itching cream to make it bearable. I dunno if this is a sign of fast growth or a sign that continous use of magnets just isn't for me. I hope it's growth, my morning measurment has been increasing quite fast lately, even when I've worn the magnets only like every other day. So I'll keep at it for a while, I just hope I don't hack my nipples off lol.

Lol I thoguht I started as perky as it gets due to my small size, but my boobs are getting even rounder! If only I could start the normal usage of positive polarity. I've been using more of the negative lately due to the itchiness problem.

I don't know if I can continue magnets. The itching it getting worse, first only nipples, then the entire breast and now it's spreading on my whole chest. I have a visible rash from all the scratching. I wake up at night itching like crazy and have to remove the magnets and apply the calming cream several times. I could still try to them during the day, they seem to make me itch less then. But this is pretty terrible. I'm afraid I developed an alergy to mengets, the only method that ever worked for me. Sad Sad

Oooops, sorry for missing your question Dandelion, I see you already found your answer.

Okay, so update - with the insight of some fellow NBEers, I concluded that my reaction was most likely nickel allergy. Which was rather good news, cause it ment I must only get gold plated magnets and I can continue. The problem was, all gold plated magnets still contain nickel underneath.
So, I got my gold plated magnets yesterday. I painted them with transparent nail pollish (used the whole bottle), wrapped them in plastic bags and taped them. And today I've been trying them on to finally see whether I can continue. So far so good. I got just the slightest itching at the beginning, which would disappear when I got distracted and forgot I was wearing magnets, so it was most likely psychological. The real test will be the night, as I always seemed to itch the most at noghts before. If I wake up tomorow without itching I can safely go woohoo.

I guess I'll somehow have to obtain magnets which don't contain nickel. But it seems weird to me that I would absorb nickel throguh those thick layers of gold, nail-pollish, plastic polyvinyl and tape.

I started vitex today. It's sth that I've been planing for a while as I hear it balances excess androgens and also to see if it has any other nice effects on me.

I've also ordered new magnets which are supposed to be nickel free. I'm not sure I trust they really are tho. But I've found a few other places on the net that sell nickel free and other sort of magnets I can try in case these I ordered fail. There's teflon coating and rubber coating and if all else fails, I might even get samarium magnets. So it may take a bit of time before I find the magnets I can use, so I'm starting vitex cause I'm too impatient not to be on some sort of program. :p I'm planing to do both when I receive my magnets.

So, I've been on vitex for about a month and I have a few things to update:

I'm noticing a slight case of that transitional hormonal symptoms worsening distinctive of vitex. My period was slightly more painful that usual and I've been slightly PMSy.

In the first week or so I shrunk 0,5 cm, which is exactly how much morning swelling I always had. Then in the next 3 weeks or so I increased 1 cm. I've had the same kind of soreness as I had with magnets all the time, and some pains and tingles - but only when I did a massage before bedtime. I do a combination of rotations, sqeezes, deep presure and nipple stimultion. It seems that the cruicial part tho is the pressure massage, because only when I do this I get all the growing signs. I've started to massage in the morning too and they were even more acky.

I've had a total of 1 zit in this whole month and my skin looks better right now than it ever did. I can say that so far vitex has exceeded my expectations, as I wasn't expecting to grow from it (just hoping), but I'm trying no to get too excited as it's still too early to say this will actually be growth.


Oh, and another thing - I've got supposedly nickel free magnets waiting for me in my closet, but I'm too scarred to try them. I think that if I trigger myself the allergic reaction just once more, I might never get rid of it. If this program and what I have in mind next (PM) works, I don't think I'll ever try them.

Moon - did you ever get an actual rash from the magnets or just from the scratching? If all you got was itching it may have been some sort of growth sign as I really don't see how a nickel allergy could get htrough all the coatings you put on!

Glad to hea you're growing though, what're your measurements like bust / underbust compared to when you started?

Hey Louise. I'm pretty sure the itching I got was no growing sign cause it was on my skin not inside my boobs. And not even on the skin of my boobs, but mostly arround. That was a really weird thing - the itching started at the nipples, then moved to my breasts and then on the arreas arround my breasts, the most itchy areas were between the boobs, under them and between the boob and armpit. The itching was severe, I scratched the skin off my chest, I still have a few spots on my skin left from the scars, I didn't sleep well at night and I was dependant on lotions and creams.

At the beginning I did my best not to scratch, much, and the rash still appeared, so I think there would be some rash even without scaratching.

I really don't get how nickel could get throguh all that either, which made me question if it really was nickel allergy, but on the other hand it takes only 1 molecule to trigger a reaction, and it also makes sense in that it appeared after about 2 weeks of continous use which seems just like the ammount of exposure needed to trigger nickel allergy. Also the way symptoms migrated as I described before reminds of hypersensitivity reaction.

Maybe I was a bit too optimistic in saying I'm growing on vitex, my measurment change is still minimal so I should wait more before I get excited. I started (before all NBE) at 87,5-88 cm overbust and right now I'm 91,5-92, underbust stayed the same, I was a ''big'' 34AA, now I fit the best into 36A.

Not great news. I had to stop using vitex from 13-18 October because I was on antibiotics. I've started back up and now I don't get the soreness anymore. My measurment has also gone down 1 cm in that gap and another 1 cm since I've started, I measured 2 cm smaller tonight! I'm hoping that it's because I just started back and the signs will reapear in the following days and my measurment will normalize to my usual and hard achieved 92 cm. Must remain positive.

You have probably already considered this, but you may need to use some acidophilis to repopulate your intestinal bacteria post antibiotic use or else you may not absorb the vitex as well. Just a thought...

Hi Waxingmoon, it did occur to me, but I thought that only 5 days of antibiotics probably doesn't affect the inestinal flora. I think I had 2 or 3 probiotic yoghurts afterwards, cause I like them and eat them anyway. But who knows. The intestinal flora surely is very important for digestion of herbs, so it wouldn't be a bad idea to eat some more of those yoghurts. Thanks for your imput!

The good news is that I seem to be increasing, I measured my hard earned 92 cm again today. Boobs felt kinda meaty too. The weird thing is that I still don't have the soreness, but I do get pains and tingles now. I've also been doing a new kind of massage - centered on nipples. Basically I do a short breast massage with lots of pulling and twiddling the nipples. Then during the day when I get tingles I do some more nipple pulls which gives me even more tingles, so that's quite a lot of nipple pulling all together.

The bad news is that I have the allergic reaction on my chest again, without having used magnets or having come into contact with nickel, as far as I know. It's nothing so terrible as the last time I used magnets, it doesn't itch very much, but I have a rash between my boobs again. And I'm pissed cause I certainly don't need more complexes with my chest. :/ I'm hoping it will go away soon and won't repeat afterwards. This certainly warns me that I can't use nickel containing or whatever the type of magnets that terigger me the reaction again cause I'd be in for a disaster.

Some good news. I've tried my new magnets and did not get the alergic reaction! Woohoo! I'm using them continouously during the day now, with some energising in the morning and inertia in the ivening. I'm still afraid to use them at night cause I think I might still get a reaction at night. Will see.

As for vitex, I've had one period since stopping BCP and everything has been normal so far. But I know that the hormonal blow comes arround third period after stopping, so I'm hoping everything will be ok. No growth as it's to be expected, and I did have a minimal ammount of lutheal swelling.

Tried magnets at night, no reaction, but also no soreness or growing signs. Must be the vitex and quitting BCP. I'll probably go back on BCP and off vitex to do magnets again soon.

I've contrinued doing magnets at night, but still no signs or gowth. My measurment is 90,5 cm now, so a loss of 1-1,5 cm since the end of summer 2008. It's been only a month and a half since going off vitex so I guess it's still in my body. I'm regreting vitex now cause it didn't really do anything good but it's just sabotaging my NBE now when I'm most anxious to get some increase till the end of March.

Despite that, I'm starting my new PM program today. I'm in the middle of my cycle so I'm only using the spray now and also taking 1200 mg of FG. Beginning a new cycle, I'm planning to take 500 mg of PM daily for 2 weeks (starting 3-4th day of cycle), while on BCP.

So my first cycle on PM is over and I'm quite satisfied with how it's going so far. I've been having some growing signs, not as much as I did with magnets and entirely different type of signs too - mostly tingling, prickling and my left nipple / areola has been kinda sore.

I noticed a change in the boobies, they feel denser and meatier, also look a bit fuller. The last few days I even measured a slight increase, tho I'm not counting it for growth yet.

The biggest change tho was that my hair seems to have got abnormally long, in just two weks I think it grew about 2 inches! I'm quite happy about that. Smile

So far so good. I'll continue to use the spray in the lutheal phase.

Hey Moon,

Hope you don't mind me commenting in your program page. But since you are taking only 500 mgs per day of PM, I decided to say something. I dunno how well you've been keeping up with the Ro-Bust thread, but I had been taking 800 mgs with St Herb and my periods got later--7 days the last time I took 'em (and man, did I have killer cramps the 1st night!). And now that I'm taking a mere 200 mgs of the Cultivar Caps, my period is now regulated to 28 days. I really think that high doses are the culprit of everyone's period problems--even Deborah has warned about this.

Is this why you're only taking half the dose of the Pueraria UK? Also, I know that you only finished 1 round of PM, but do let us know how your next cycle is. If you're on-time, then the lower dose of PM is prolly the reason why.

Congrats on the boobie improvements and I hope you'll fill that 'B' cup soon! ^_^

Hi ShyBoobs, thanks for your wishes. Actually I didn't stick to my resolution about doses. :I I ended up taking 500 mg the first week and then 1000 mg the second week. The reason I initially decided for only 500 mg was because I'm also on BCP, so to not take too much estrogen. I know, risky that I took that much PM and with BCP. But I did notice more signs in the second week. I think I have a fairly strong progesterone balance as I never had any PMS, plus I was on vitex before PM. Like I was saying in some other topics, I think that progesterone balance is very important for a PM routine, because the weaker you PG balance, the less PM you body can handle. I'll see how my cycle goes, if it turns out too much out of whack I'll deffinitely adjust my PM use. I'll surely report all about it.

Before I forget, I got my period... 3 days ago, so on 27.3., it came exactly as usual 3 days after taking the last pill, but I did intentionally extend my cycle for 5 days (took pills for 5 days longer). Not any more cramps than usual either. So no cycle problems for me, but we do have to note that BCP brings on the period because of the sudden drop in estrgen, so maybe if I wasn't on BCP the story would be different.

Second cycle is over, measurment still about the same. I was not very disciplined this time, slagged with massages, sleep, spray use and generally didn't concentrate on NBE much. My nipples grew tho, which I was plased with as they were very small, especially the left one was underdeveloped, almost flat - now it's caught up with the right and is even more sensitive. Hair and skin improvements again.

I also started 10 grams of gelatin 3 days ago, plus vitamin C.

10g huh? Wow, so you're pulling out all stops. I'm taking 6g of h-collagen as directed. The pills are kinda big and you gotta take 3 @ a time, twice a day. I wonder how much gelatin/collagen is in chicken feet? Then we would know exactly how many grams to ingest. Guess I should do a search.

Not sure who it was that said she asked a doc about collagen doses and the doc said you need at least 3-6 g to achieve any effect. I also figure supplements often contain and tell you to use the absolute minimum of what's necessary and often not even that. Double Ace also said not to be sparing and I figure a chicken feet soup meal contains at least 10 g. Althoguh I'm actually not taking 10 g anymore now but 6,7 g cause even the gelatin powder for bakery it's so cheap.

Program update - Got my period on time this round as well, but I had some spotting several days before. Inspired by Double Ace I also started doing positive affirmations and visualization technique. Before I sorotf just poped down the pills and then thoguht NBE and anything boob related away. Not the way to grow lol. I need to concentrate my mind on NBE more if I want to grow, note the growing signs and be more disciplined.

How's your program going?

I am not new to visualization or positive affirmations as I've been through so much in my life (not necessarily bad), and the doctor's weren't helping so I decided to take it upon myself to research other solutions. I've received personal testimonials from people saying how meditation/hypnosis/affirmations/positivity helped them achieve something. Whether it's healing a wound, removing a scar, pushing a tumor up to the surface of the skin to avoid a complicated surgery, etc, it all happened.

It all actually started when i was younger and wanted to grow taller. I came across hypnosis, and unaware of the power of the mind I ignored it for the longest. I just started picking up on hypnosis/meditation again to give it a try. It is certainly easier when you're older since you're much more focused and disciplined. I'm turning 22 this year and I started meditating for a little more heights since I'm interested in the entertainment business and figure it would be great to be a little taller.

I started around February and it took a good week to get used to the image of being taller in my head as I was visualizing my ideal height. The following 2-3 weeks I grew 1/5'' and had extreme pains in knees, ankles, wrists, hips, and occasionally shoulders and lower back. The sensations would come approx. 10 minutes into the session and last periodically throughout the next day. I've maintained my height so far and stopped meditating right after I grew since I started NBE and just couldn't find time for both.

I have a story for you. When I was younger I went to a museum of technology and there was this ping pong looking table in the basement of the museum. It was actually a mind game with an energized magnetic item that responds to brain signals. You had to wear these head thingies and concentrate on moving the little hockey puck looking thing. I won all the times I played against my sister, then when intrigued watchers caught interest they challenged me too, I beat them all. I was only 15 at the time, so from that day on I was a believer of strong energy fields and was interested in the mind works and the energy the mind projects. That's where I basically got my confidence from when doing all of this.

So when I started NBE I just had an idea that same week to apply hypnosis to NBE too since it had worked to make me grow a little taller. I had growth within that same week and mind you, I had tried herbs for 2 weeks in the past when I was 15 and never had any growth. It wasn't a real attempt at NBE and my dedication, desire, and will wasn't as strong as it is now.

Now a days I just 'do' it. I don't even give it a thought long enough to become lazy. I wrote down a routine of daily things to do and incorporated NBE. So now without question, I do the massages, and eat the food daily. I don't even think about it, it's just become a habit. The thing I forget to do sometimes is to visualize.

One tip about visualization. You can do as much visualization and positive thinking as you want, but you won't get anywhere if you don't actually 'feel it'. Thinking positive and saying positive things is not the same as being positive if that makes sense? Since your attempt to think positive could actually just be covering a big negative root somewhere in your mind that you first have to deal with before you do anything.
So when you visualize, you actually have to feel joy and happiness and the certainty that you will grow with LOTS of positive affirmations and that image of the ideal shape in your breasts

I read in another forum that a lady grew after trying several phrases. The first attempt she just imagined her breasts growing bigger, which didn't do much for her. Then the second time she said "My breasts are growing bigger" and imagined her size. Her growing symptoms were a warm feeling on both of the breasts, increased blood circulation etc. BTW, I don't feel any of this. This lady did not do anything else but do Hypnosis by the way. She grew about 1-2 cups in a few months and has kept the size. Others have achieved the same thing but many shrunk, and the belief behind that is this which I have researched. Several people I have read about grew breasts and height using just their mind. Some people had wonderful results within a year but some lost their results after stopping their sessions. What they did wrong was no longer hold the idea and belief in their mind that this was now their new and permanent body. Some admitted to have still been in denial, like they couldn't believe that they had grown that much and perhaps it was just luck. The ones that kept their size were the ones who still believed in it and didn't question the mind powers or the power of energy and positivity in any way.

So you kind of have to know without question that this is working. You can't just "try" (if you're in this mindset, you need to start over). You have to just do it.

I forgot to add,

As simple as this may sound, lacking water can actually be detrimental to NBE too so make sure you drink plenty of it! I drink at least 16 glasses of water daily. Also, my growth slowed down when I forgot taking my MSM for days, so I'm back on that. If you can afford it, definitely take MSM, if not for NBE, then for health benefits as it renews your skin, makes your hair and lashes grow long and healthy and stimulates collagen. I take 8000 mg daily which is considered a pretty good maintenance dose (some think it's too high but adjust accordingly to your body weight, 1000-3000mg is def not enough so aim higher). For 8000 mg a month I pay about $6, which is almost nothing and the health benefits are so great it's worth it. BTW, I didnt' take msm for NBE, but seeing how my breasts stopped growing fast when I stopped taking MSM and going to bed late I think it's related.

Hey Double Ace, thanks so much for taking the time to write all that! You have fascinating stories and great advice.

You know I once read an article about a guy who had an extraordinary power of the mind. He was a really unusual person too, extreemly intelligent, had a photographic memory. For example he was able to increase his heartbeat by imagining runing after a train, alter his body temperature, and other pretty amazing stuff which I don't remember anymore (damnit why I didn't keep the article?!). Anyway I think some people have a stronger ability to manipulate vegetative body function with their mind as others, but everyone has some of it. You seem to be lucky to have a strong ability, I'm impressed with your achievement of growing taller. Btw if you want to grow taller still I recomed you that you don't put it off to long cause somewhere between ages 22-26 the growth plates in the bones close. Lol I wouldn't mind being a little shorter, I'm 178 cm tall, do you think it can work this way too?

I can relate to the initial difficulty of imagining and really seeing your ideal self in your mind and see it as realistical. The first time I tried visualisations I sorta didn't manage that so I gave up, didn't try very hard either. But now I forced myself and really tried untill I ''found'' that image and I feel I can do it better now, but still have to try harder. I think I have a useful ammount of that mind ability but I've always been pretty sceptic so I never seriously considered and tried it. But now I see it makes a lot of sense and I do believe in it. So I think I can train and improve my mind ability even more.

I'm impressed at how disciplined you are, I usually have problems with discipline lol. I get what you say about really having to feel it and I think I have experienced the difference between really feeling it and just saying it. I do sometimes have a hard time being postive, plus a mild/occasional case of depression and social anxiety. So do I have some **** that may interfere with my mind power, but it's good days and bad days you know and I def feel I can deal with it and pull it together enoguh to make some good uses of my head.

I drink quite a alot of liqid already too (3-4 liters a day without counting the water in food), but will look into MSM. Thanks for the clips, your advice and imput, again you're a great inspiration.

I started magnets again and hallelujah, I'm having the soreness again!

Quick summary - Magnets worked for me last summer for only like 3 weeks before I developed a nickel allergy. Tried vitex while dealing with allergy and finding nickel free magnets, sorta regreted it cause I lost 2 cm. Tried new magnets again about 1,5 months ago and didn't have any signs at all, now I think for two possible reasons: 1 - vitex was still in my body, 2 - didn't do my agressive deep pressure massages. Possibly both, but I think those particular massages are cruicial.

Knowing that pressure massage stimulates collagen production and taking gelatin, plus taking PM as well and doing magnets, I think I now have a really good program for my particular stubborn NBE-wise boobs so I'm really optimistic and motivated. Especially cause I know magnets worked for me before, but that chance was ruined by the stupid allergy, which I now managed to overcome and find a way to do mangets again. So I'm feeling quite yay now! :]

And my sorness is out the window again. :[ Ok seriously wtf?! I don't get why I seem to respond to magnets occasionally now, and the rest of the time not. Grrr!

I started taking 425 mg of St John's Wort today. Not for NBE but depression obviously. But who knows, maybe NBE will work better when I'm less depressed.

Hey Moon,

I kinda know how you feel. Now that I've been seeing so many people growing so fast in such a short time frame, I've felt a lil down myself since I wasn't doing nowhere near as well as them. Very frustrating! But ever since I started taking the Omega 3-6-9 caps (with Borage Oil in it) I've been feeling pains/aches nearly everyday. This is surely a good sign. Not only that, but they're def getting fuller too so I'm sure I'm back on the right track now. I try not to keep measuring, but it's hard not to lol. There's been a small increase, if I'm not mistaken, which is great. But would be even better if I can get 1" every 2 weeks like emz did. We'll see...but I'm not feeling so down anymore.

So I would recommend getting that Borage Oil if you're not using it anymore, for the GLA. Also it would be good to have a pic of someone who has your exact goal size. I even put a couple links in my program page. XD NBE is a tough, long journey for most of us so at least know that you're not alone. Keep on truckin'! Smile

Have you tried 5 HTP or L-Tyrosine for your depression? I was feeling really down about the size of my breast and decided to try these for my mood. Together they are a great combo and I am feeling much better now. Also, both are amino acids so they are good for breast growth. Hope you feel better soon, and like shyboobs said, you are not alone!

ooh, 5htp would probably help! it raises your brains serotonin levels (the happy juice). maybe trying it wouldnt be so bad? ive done if a few times and i think it works very nicely Smile

Thanks for your support girls! I see I made it sound like I'm depressed because of my boobs but I'm actually not, it's more like the usual depression with no reason, to an extent seasonal. It was never really bad but it got somewhat worse recently. I'll deffinitely look into more supplements, thanks again for your tips!
