1st MONTH UPDATE
So as promised, here is my 1st month update.
First, let me just admit that i slacked with the collagen and spearmint tea some days. I also havent been massaging regularly.
Second, during the first two or three weeks, I felt tingling, but no pain, in my breasts.
Third, I gained 5 pounds, which I'm not upset about at all.
Fourth, a few days before and also during my period, my breast swelled up more than usual. However they deflated back to normal when my period ended :'( . I enjoyed it while it lasted though!
Fifth, my period came two days early, so my cycle shortened.
Sixth, I noticed more acne than usual, small break outs and dark spots, nothing crazy.
Seventh, I noticed more stretch marks appeared on my breasts . I don't know what caused that!
That's pretty much all the changes I noticed during my first month on BO. On the 19th I will be increasing my dose. Additionally, I will be adding a few supplements to support my health and my program. These include ashwagandha (to decrease cortisol and help with anxiety and sleep), multi vitamin, mineral blend, chaste berry or vitex (still not sure about that one), Spearmint (replace with capsules instead of tea), ginger root (for body temp), cinnammon extract (for body temp and circulation), and evening primrose oil capsules (for hormone balance).
What do you guys think about the stuff I will be adding to my program? Also, do you recommend something better for body temp, I tried coconut oil and tea everyday but nothin'. I might do kelp but I've heard that only works if you are iodine deficient, so not sure what to do.
I'm also going to try cupping my breasts, I've done it before but it's a little painful and i dont get any swelling, only pain and soreness, idk if that's good or bad?? But I will try to do it at least every three days.
Last thing, do you guys recommend anything for hair loss?? I've been losing a lot of hair lately and getting a lot dandruff, and idk what to do. I'm gonna try switching to a tee tree oil shampoo and conditioner.
