Around 6,000 mg is an extremely common amount with a thousand different recommendations in that ballpark. There are studies showing below 1,500 mg fenugreek or maca has no benefit whatsoever.
Likewise for the other herbs.
I listed out a mild program to avoid any health problems. Half might still have some small effect. Less than that may have no effect at all good or bad.
