Update
So after an unplanned break from Noogling-Jul through Oct-I am back to Noogling once or twice per week. I do 8:3 method-8 minutes on, 3 minutes off, for 4 or 5 sets. Takes about an hour. I have been consistent for Nov. I'm not as big as I was in the summer, but still bigger than when I started. I'm coming up on one year this Christmas.
