Hi I have been reading this post over the past couple months and I have finally decided to try it. I am using flaxseed with a nutty taste (which I dont recommend) and no soy flour, for the time being. I have some questions about this method.
1. Why do you add water to the flaxseeds? Maybe I missed it, and I am sorry if I did but just to be sure I am asking.
2. Can you recommend me a cheap but good brand of flaxseed?
