Hi guys!

Long time lurker on Breast Nexus, first time trying a program.

I'm 24. Caucasian, naturally skinny with a high metabolism. I'm a little bit of a gym rat so my weight fluctuates depending on how often I can go to the gym. I'm anywhere between 86 and 95 LBS. I went up to a 32B permanently a few years ago after getting off of Sprintec (personal bad experience with it. Uncontrollable mood swings! Would not recommend it. A lot of people gained crazy weight with it. I gained 12 pounds and my tiny body DID NOT carry it well. Took forever to lose!!!)

Just wanted to say:

Ellen is super helpful!!!! I messaged her several times while trying to figure out what I could buy, seeing as I'm in the US. I ended up with Bob's Red Mill Ground Flax Seed Meal because that's the only 'flax seed' ANYTHING I could find! The toasted full-fat soy was much, much harder to find! I went to Publix, Target, called my local GNC--about a million things. Bob's Red Mill makes a soy flour with fat but it's not toasted. There are videos on how to toast soy flour in a pot, though, and I did that. Amazon also sells a Vietnamese brand of toasted soy flour (I think it's Vietnamese) called Kinako.

I had to look online for all the conversions since the US has a different system but I do the flax seed and just enough water to make a slush or swirl it around in, drink that, and make the milk. Since I'm using two kinds of soy flour and conversions say 5 teaspoons equal 30grams, I do two teaspoons of the Kinako (it's a 5oz bag and I want to make it last), and three of the Bob's Red Mill.

I've done the flour and milk for three days now. I started the flax seed and water while waiting on my flour to arrive (so five days total). After the first day of adding the soy and milk to the regimen, the skin felt plumper. Not painful, but plumper. I felt the area and it was a little tender. Found the beginnings of red stretch marks on my breasts and started applying whatever kind of moisturizer I could find--this was Cetaphil Daily Moisturizer with Calendula for babies and Neutrogena Moisture Wrap Daily Lotion.

Until today, when I finally found and bought a small bottle of Bio Oil for about $14USD at my local Target.

I don't know what the future holds for me but I will stay with this program as long as I can.

I won't say it's all peachy-keen, though. I'm bloating terribly. I mean, AWFUL! I find it's minimized as long as I do my daily lower ab workout. It seemed to go down a little after I had a glass of orange juice and Amazing Grass Green Superfood powder I bought from GNC at the beginning of the month.

Don't know if that's related. I'm just on a quest for bigger boobies. I'm hoping this will work out for me but the bloat really worries me.

If anyone has any suggestions or tried alternate routines please let me know! I'm interested in creams and serums. I can't really take pills because I have an absolutely crap gag reflex. Taking flax seed and water is helping me learn to swallow with texture, though. Maybe that will help the gag reflex?

Here's hoping I gain a cup or two!

Note: right now I am breaking a rule. I'm trying to finish the half-carton of Lactaid I have in the fridge. It has 2% milk fat. I can't just throw away the milk! That's crazy! I'll probably finish it by tomorrow or the next day so as soon as I do I'll be implementing whole milk. I'll have an update at the end of the month.

UPDATE (4/4/17)

I've stopped the program. Something made me super sick and I don't know what it was. We suspect it was food poisoning but I was violently ill from 5AM yesterday until nearly midnight. Because I don't know what made me sick, I couldn't take the risk of continuing the program. I find it hard to believe that anything--the soy flour especially--went bad that fast since I kept it refrigerated and sealed up, but who knows?

It makes me sad, too, because I think this program would've worked for me. For now I'm looking at other ways to increase my breast size. Thinking of trying a good cream or incorporating more breast-friendly food.
