My plan

#1
Thumbs Up

I have decided to gather my findings and thoughts and create a lay out for myself using this site to help me on my journey Smile
(so far, PM cycling, progesterone cream, noogleberry.)

With the insight of some helpful people on this site, I have come to some conclusions of what i'd like my plan to be and how I go about doing it.

A very helpful guide:
http://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=21853

reading this has widened my horizons on what they're is to know about breast growth.

my PM:

PM & Progesterone cream:
http://yestheyrenatural.com/can-you-get-...one-cream/

I have been thinking about doing system (cycling PM while im on my period and then PC while I am not on my period) (seeing as I love my breast swelling the few weeks prior too my period, I feel like this will work for me, I feel I am lacking progesterone) & doing this along with noogleberry.

However, reading "Progesterone creams only treat a symptom, not the cause." (http://empoweredsustenance.com/progester...eams-safe/) makes me feel like, coming off these products will just return everything back to the way it was, I am looking for something more permanent. Not to mention, less costly. I already follow regimens that cost me money. I do think that this is worth it, but sometimes I just don't have the cash for it.

I know for a fact I want to try the noogleberry. When I come into money, I am going to get that. I have C cup ATM (that were a D, weight loss is what brought me to this site, to get my old body back) Noogleberry looks like it works so well for girls with that size chest! I think it will really help firm them back out, regain their shape and overall circumference.

a very helpful NB dome guide:
http://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=19940

I still have to look over that page a bit more, but from what I have seen it will help me decide which domes are best size for my cup. It's very helpful along with the photos.

--I am also thinking of just, starting my birth control to balance my estrogen and progesterone (I really think these 2 hormones are the main cause in my breast deflation)

So far, I have this--

Maca root
which I have been taking for the past few months, I have noticed weight gain, it has rounded out my hips a lot. If you do not exercise while taking maca, the fat it stores will not be voluptuous. In my opinion, you have to work out in combination with Maca. I started taking Maca accompanied doing squats & lunges, but butt looks really good! Again, it also added roundness to my hips. I like Maca a lot, I will continue taking it.) - I have not noticed any bad side effects- it gives energy, my nails feel stronger and so does my hair. I love Maca.

pm (ainterol pueraria mirifica 500mg):
I havent started taking it yet, and tbh I am freaked out to take it. Honestly, I just dont feel like going through the hassle of having to remember what days to take it and which to not. I have a hard time remembering to take maca. (another reason I havent started my BC) and also, I have an ovarian cyst that causes heavy bleeding during my period. My hormones are all messed up. I feel like PM can either make it better, or just mess it up more -- I am hoping if it does mess me up, I can just stop taking it and return to normal. But I can't seem to swallow the first pill. I am scared of hormones entering my body and messing up my cycle (which I have been tracking for a year)

bc:
My BC is Ortho-Cyclen (the one that maintains steady hormones, not fluctuates as you progress through the pills)
My doctor says she feels it will balance me out.
I am just scared of breaking out :/ & also remembering the pills
but as I have been doing my research, I feel like PM and BC almost do the same things, they seem to have the same side effects. Cramping, bleeding, etc.

I am thinking of trying one or the other. I might use my PM first & if it gives me bad results, getting off of it and just trying my BC.

-- has anyone ever taken both their PC & PM at the same time? do they interfere with one another?

noogle
(large domes, I think)
I will review my progress, probably on this or a different forum I will create when I get it Smile

Natural progesterone cream. Pueraria Mirifica Cream:
I might return my PM pills for PM cream.

along with: Skin tightening creams (still havent looked into a good one yet). exercise, multi vitamin, flaxseed oil accompanied with massage.

Everything about PC:

"If you are using progesterone cream, remember that you don’t have to take it every day. It’s recommended that you use the progesterone cream daily for two to three week prior to the onset of your period.

If you want, you can cycle the progesterone cream with a phytoestrogenic herb like Pueraria Mirifica. To do this, take the Pueraria Mirifica on the days you have your period and then use the progesterone cream on the days you do not have your period. This corresponds to your body’s natural hormonal rhythms – increased estrogen during menses and increase progesterone after menses."

this sounds like a good way to balance estrogen & progesterone-- but then again, why not just go on BC if its an hormonal issue?

hormone test:
http://www.johnleemd.com/store/resource_...etest.html

So what I am thinking is if I wanted to mess around with my hormones (which I kind of dont want to, but feeling like that is my main issue of what is wrong with me) I can let my BC balance them for me, and just keep my fingers crossed.

if I don't see any improvement in my health, hormones, breast & period--

I can try taking PC and PM and balancing that out through out the months

whichever one, I know I will be purchasing Noogleberry soon.

too much testosterone:

High testosterone symptoms include hair loss, hirsutism (unwanted male-pattern hair growth), unexplained rapid weight gain, virilization, acne, aggressiveness, irritability and missed menstrual cycles. Decreased breast size and a deepening of the voice will occur along with a coarsening of the skin.

PM reduces testosterone as well.

4 Hormones Essential to Natural Breast Enlargement

As you probably know, breast growth is triggered by a precise blend of hormones. Everybody associates estrogen with breast growth, but the fact is, there are four hormones involved in natural breast enlargement:

1) Estrogen

Estrogen is the hormone most responsible for breast growth, but you can get too much of a good thing. Excess estrogen causes estrogen receptors in the breasts to shut down, which means they won't get the message to grow. The safest way to balance estrogen levels is through the use of phytoestrogenic herbs, such as fenugreek or wild yam. These herbs increase estrogen levels if they are too low, and decrease them if they are too high. (See my post Natural Breast Enlargement with Fenugreek.)

2) Progesterone

Progesterone is another important breast enlarging hormone. Your body naturally produces progesterone each month as part of the menstrual cycle, but it can also be increased through the use of natural progesterone cream, which is derived from soy or wild yam.

3) Prolactin

Prolactin is a breast enlarging hormone produced by females during puberty and pregnancy. Prolactin helps develop the mammary glands and increases fat stores in the breasts. Prolactin can be stimulated through herbs (such as fenugreek) or by massaging the breasts. (See my post Increase a Cup Size in 30 Days with Breast Massage.)

4) Growth hormone

Growth hormone triggers the growth of the entire body, including the breasts. Growth hormone peaks during puberty and declines after the age of 25, so it's important to boost it back up to aid breast growth. Growth hormone can be increased by sleeping at least eight hours each night and by getting an intense workout several times per week.

All four hormones are essential to natural breast enlargement. If your breasts aren't growing as fast as you'd like, then make sure you're not missing one of these essential hormones.

Progesterone, which rises after ovulation is what causes my growth. (low progesterone?)

3. Shrinking breasts can indicate changing hormones
Your breasts are essentially masses made up of glandular tissue and fat cells. As a result, they are very sensitive to any changes in your hormone levels, particularly estrogen and progesterone. This is why your breasts will swell when pregnant, on the birth control pill and/or before your period.

As estrogen levels fall, with impending menopause, you may find the opposite happens. Another reason for a reduction in breast size is simply weight loss, since after all, fat cells don’t always shrink in the areas we want them to.

Bottom line: If menopause and weight loss aren’t culprits, you may want to get your testosterone and DHEA levels tested. I’ve found that high levels of these two hormones — often found in patients with PCOS — can lead to shrinking breasts alongside hair loss, acne, and hair growth on the face.

this makes me want to look in fenugreek & now wild yam, I like that wild yam increases progesterone, prolactin, anti-androgen..

Pueraria Mirifica-The most potent phytoestrogen, targets E receptors, minor anti-androgen (daidzien)
Fenugreek-Prolactin stimulate, increases production of estrogen, phytoestrogen, adaptogen
Fennel-Promotes milk production, nutrient rich for NBE growth, stimulates the growth of breast tissue
Wild yam-Stimulates hormone production, increases progesterone, prolactin, anti-androgen, and slows the metabolism of estrone, one of the body's own estrogens.

anti-androgen blocks testosterone for breast growth.
