We use some non-stick pans, but the rules for using them is not to be heated very high or for boiling water. And they should be good quality pans. My personal preference is stainless steel or cast iron pans.

Thank you Pom! JUst another personal question if you dont mind..do you do them in the dishwasher too? Because I think it can corrode cast iron pans.. The bottom looks so ugly after going in the dishwasher(at 70 degrees) Maybe after that the ''coat'' will loose particles in your food? What do you do? Wash them manually?
No dishwasher for pans. All hand washed. And for the iron pan no hard washing either, you don't want to remove the coating in the pan. I think you will get some iron from using iron pan.
