Hello!
I am new here. I want to start to take PM and I am taking birth control pills, I have read in some places that I can't have both of them at the same time because the PM invalidates the effect of BCP and in other places I have read the opposite, so I really don't know what to do. For the moment I am only having fenugreek and fennel seeds because I am not sure to have PM on not. Can someone give me some advice? Is anyone having PM and BCP together?I will really apreciate it if you help me with this.
By the way, my native language is not English so sorry if there are some spelling mistakes or if it is not written the right way.
