"Isoflavone" means phytoestrogen. "Lignan" means phytoestrogen. The product alone might only do so much but combining it with progesterone could do quite a lot. Especially after only having progesterone for a long time; having only the progesterone could have been lowering your estrogen and holding you back. Plenty of people have rapidly gone up 2 sizes from progesterone and 1 from flax, and progesterone+phytoestrogen does much better together than either one alone. Progesterone especially could do nothing if it removed too much estrogen.
4 of those are the equivalent of the phytoestrogens from around 170 grams or 1/3 pound of flax seeds, about 1 cup, based on these:

You probably hit saturation in an instant. I'm guessing it will level off over time.
I don't think it's a problem except that it was too fast. As in it might be causing physical damage, not any chemical damage AFAIK. And estrogen hits your ovaries just as hard as your chest. Doesn't hurt to get checked out though.
